My stay at kodai resort Kodai Resort Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment i arrived, the staff showered us with warm hospitality, ensuring every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our visit. The room service was impeccable, with prompt and efficient service that exceeded our expectations. The amenities like the kids park and swimming pool provided endless entertainment for the whole family, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. I must give special recognition to mr. Ramesh, the event manager, whose efforts in organizing a memorable campfire night added an extra touch of magic to our experience. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everyone had a great time were truly commendable. The only drawback was the pricey food options, which may not suit everyone's budget. However, the overall experience far outweighed this minor inconvenience, and i would wholeheartedly recommend kodai resort Kodai Resort Hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in kodaikanal.

The location of the Kodai Resort Hotel was great, just next to coakers walk and other tourist attractions. Morning breakfast buffet was sumptuous with variety of options for both adults and kids. We especially liked the corner with dos a and omlette. Chocolate shop was alright the person who was managing the campfire was fun. He was entertaining. Only gripe we have is that of room service, we were not informed of the handing over of keys for room cleaning. So when we came back around 4pm, we requested for room cleaning but the receptionist refused the request stating it is by policy that room cleaning can only be done during a specific timing and we should have given the keys to them and offered to provide towels, water and coffee/tea sachets without cleaning the room. This requirement for room cleaning was not informed to us as far as we know.

Kodai resort is located next to coaker's walk and bryant park. Also, the bus stand is in proximity. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and then escorted to the room. The rooms were spacious, hygienic and the view from the balcony was just superb. The property is very well maintained and the staff is very prompt about the requests we made. Food quality and variety was very good. (the only problem we had was at the breakfast live counter, wherein the chef was preparing dosa and egg omelet together. This can be a big turn off for a pure vegetarian. The property has a variety of games, boon fire and even a well maintained swimming pool. One can spend their time at leisure with a blissful view and chilly atmosphere.

Pleasant stay @craigmore resort of kodai resort. Initially booked in kodai and due to some issues they called me to shift my stay at their new resort @ craigmore which provides a luxury stay. Location is serene and the property provides various options like camp fire, kids play zone, pool to spend quality time with family. Food in the restaurant is of good quality and service is excellent. Hospitality is very good, i was promptly informed about the change and avoided last min surprises, they kept checking with my arrival and made sure we had no issues while check in and check out. Overall, we had an excellent holiday at @craigmore kodai resort.

This resort is located in a prime location which is very near to kodai lake (550 m, coaker's walk (400 m) and bryant park (350 m. Hence you can save cab cost/fuel/time in accessing these locations. This resort is very much suitable for family crowd as well as bachelors. I liked their ambience, as they have restaurant (7. 30 am to 10. 00 pm) with complimentary breakfast, on-demand lunch & dinner along with room service. You can access indoor games, free wifi, swimming pool, bonfire & ayurvedic massage (paid) & in-house shopping. They have a wide parking space for your vehicle. We had a great time in 'kodai resort!

The resort is in the centre of town. Most places like lake and park are about 5 minutes walk. The resort has ample parking space. The ambience of resort restaurant at night is good with great view. Only drawback felt was the checking of Kodai Resort Hotel items in guest presence during checkout time, which was an odd experience. Thatcan be done in some other alternative way. The stay was nice and weather was good. The food was great and in room service was also good. The offered speedy laundry service.

Property located very close to cookers walk an important tourist spot in kodaikanal. Approaching road gets congested traffic in holidays but this is same for many places in kodaikanal. Reception with welcome drink nice. Check in process fast. Rooms are big and clean with good array of furnitures. Reasonable toiletries in bath rooms. Breakfast good with average spreads. Swimming pool needs more maintenance. Room service good. Attitude of staffs friendly. Value for money property.

Stay was comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The ambiance of the room & outside area were excellent. Food taste was also remarkable.

Very good ambience and a good place to enjoy at kodai near the lake. Sight seeing is easy for the travellers being the centre point.

Our stay was very pleasant and the rooms were absolutely marvelous. The food was brilliant and we were awestruck by the menu. The swimming pool was neat and clean. Other indoor activities are a must visit. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic Kodai Resort Hotel with more rules. Nice ambience and peaceful place. Safest and couple friendly. Complementary delicious breakfast with wide varieties. Nice architecture. Worth for money. Overall fantastic.

Receiving, polite, neetness, food in their restaurant, entertainment etc, and all some attractiions are besides the resort. Mainly value for money and break day to day life with family.

Our stay was wonderful. The views from the resort rooms were spectacular. Location is very good as it was close to the major tourist attractions. Breakfast was very nice with a good spread. Service was prompt. Overall good experience.

Gud pleasant the only thing i wished it would have is south indian dishes tooo in their menu. Which i missed. Other than that the best place to stay peacefully

We had a great stay. In kodai resort, it was in the centre of the city which made it easier to access all the touristic destination. Also my favorite part of the stay was the balcony and it's beautiful view from the top cottage.
