Kodavath Regency

Hey there👋, This Mr. Rajesh Bidika I'm writing this review of my three days/nights experience in "Kodavath Regency, Aluva, Cochin". At first, If I say about the location of the Regency: It's located nearby Aluva Railway Station and Behind the KSRTC Bus Stand. It's only 200m-280m distance from the entrance gate of Aluva Railway Station. That makes very convenient and easy to reach for the new tourists. Coming to the facilities of the Regency and Rooms: Kodavath Regency allows to all types of stays like Unmarried couples, family stays & single(We have to apply filters while booking). If I say reception process it's very easy and less paper works in during documents submission. there's no rules and restrictions in Regency to go out we can go out at any moment and we can bring foods. Coming to the Room facilities: Rooms are very well organised having double bed(with bed sheets, pillows), mirror, cupboard, AC, TV, Fan, telephone, night lamps, table & chair, drinking water, and embedded washroom(with hot & normal water supply). Regency has a small dining hall where we can get breakfast and we can take lunch/dinner there. If I say about the Staffs: All staffs are very calm and friendly in nature. Eventually, I can say Kodavath Regency has all kinds of facilities. I lived there three days/nights in Kodavath Regency really it was a very good experience. Now I can suggest, if you're looking for Kodavath Regencys/rooms in Aluva then Kodavath Regency is there you can consider to check out. Thank you. 🙏

I was staying for 1 night in deluxe ac room with my wife. The room service was neat, nice environment, Kodavath Regency was near from railway station and taxi stand. However, I'd like to mention the following. 1. while check in time, room wasn't ready. After waited in lobby for 30min, they allotted another room(executive ac) and requested to cooperate until my booked room was ready. Even though I late for checking time around 4hrs, still they were ignore me to make the required arrangements. Anyway because of human consideration, I accepted the room, and they said they will make my booked room ready asap. Beating the bush was gone for up to night 11.00pm, then I'd to shift to the booked room even though I clearly asked them to make the arrangements before 8.00pm. Unfortunately the ac unit was not working in the new room. Take another 30min or so to fix that. In short, management took 3hrs to make a room allotted to us. I think they were unaware of the online booking slots and status.

I have got a good stay at kodavath regency and good breakfast there. The staffs are also really good and helpful. Thank you for the stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Kodavath Regency for anyone visiting kochi. They were extremely accommodating. We got to Kodavath Regency super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the Kodavath Regency. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

I had a nice stay at kodavath residency in aluva with my family. The Kodavath Regency was suitable for families, and its location, just a five-minute walk from aluva station, was convenient. Although there were limited breakfast options, the receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were a bit small, but we managed fine since we only stayed for one night. Overall, i would say that kodavath residency is a good choice for a short stay in aluva. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience with you.

Had stayed overnight as part of my journey and the experience was good. Sanitizers were available and the staff reminded us of using the same. The details of the customers were captured as per the current guidelines. The Kodavath Regency location is easily accessible but parking might be an issue during the day. Service was good. I had opted for a non ac room it was good compared to the price that was offered. The staff was courteous even though my check in was towards midnight. Overall a good experience.

The staff was very cooperative. Very courteous and well behaved staff. The property is very close to aluva railway station. This is the most unique aspect of this Kodavath Regency. The room i was accommodated was bit small though they say it was a executive room. Overall a budget Kodavath Regency for most suites for solo travelers

Pros: got all required basics. Acceptable cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast (included tea) was nice. Decent location, not too far from airport, and close to metro station. 24hrs reception, i was able to check in around 4 am. Cons: the cupboard had a strong moldy smell, so didn't feel like using it.

Room was okay. Neat and well maintained. Bathroom door was not properly set, a big gap was there at the bottom through which mosquitoes entered the room and caused inconvenience. They do not have restaurant. But, good food is available nearby. The location is convenient and easily accessible

I have visit first time the room was neat and clean and it was near by railway station and u can get everything near by Kodavath Regency, washroom was also hygiene. Staff behaved was superb.

The location is close to the heart of the city and is especially convenient for travellers. The railway station and bus stations are at walkable distance.

Nice and clean rooms. Service like soap, shampoo, drinking water was really useful l. Aluva railway station is at a walking distance, nearly 200m and cochin airport is at about 12 km. Uber olay prepaid auto and taxi are available.

Room is excellent and family stay is excellent.

Hotel is in good location. About 30 minutes from cochin airport.

Room was good, neat and clean. Walking distance from railway/bus Station.

Very good rooms in reasonable price size of room is little small but all the amenities available in room
