Yes; literally terrible. Almost all the staff were behaving properly, except the one’. Not only I never experienced this type of attitude Horrible and terrible.. Eg:- 1) when asked whether I can open the glass doors installed with the mosquito mesh in the room and whether somebody may have access through the passage nearby these area his reply was “are you going to walk through the passage? ”. I didn't tell anything because I am totally unknown about the and also the place and so afraid of the situation. From the face reading I was sure that he was telling . So I asked others and ensured his name He was on duty during the night between the dates 19 & 20. Management please take note of this.

It was nice experience with this hotel. I stayed there some few hours only because i need to go to the airport.

Awasome hotel and staff was very helpful

The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable and the staffs were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Railway Station. We had a relaxing and peaceful stay, just what we needed. The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere and we felt right at home. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. "We will definitely be back!"

Nearness to railway station is a plus. Bed is creaky and springs hurt and is not even queen size. Bed covers are tattered and toiletries not good. Food is brought from outside, street stalls serve better stuff. Service is poor and not worth the money paid. Could have got a much better place with better service and value for money. Shall not recommend to anybody.

The room was clean, but a bit congested. The bathroom was less spacious. Barely 2 person can stand in their lift/ elevator. Did not provide any room amenities mentioned while booking. No toiletries. The property is located near the railway station as well as near the bus stand, adequate number of restaurant and essential grocery stores near by.The property even provided 1 hr grace hour when requested.overall experience was good

Very near to Aluva railway station. Cleanliness is average. No toiletries, no hot water, no restaurant and no room service. Fan is not working, shower is not showering . I don’t know they are not maintaining the hotel as well. Room is small and what is good is the proximity to Railway station and bus stand. Too costly for the stay . Don’t prefer this hotel if you are travelling with family, it’s ok for business and solo travellers.

It was good rooms are big if you take executive ac. We got morning breakfast also it was included in our services

Actually booked for two AC rooms & on arrival, only one AC room was given. I had to adjust with non AC room till evening. Food was not provided & we had to depend on Swiggy for food. AC was not effective in one of the room.

Poor service staff behaviour is very baad and management also breafast aslo bad waste of money there are other hotel also

We booked a non AC room. The manager is cooperative but the rooms are in terrible condition. The cupboard is broken, one of the two rooms we booked did not have a shower, no provision for warm water. Bed cover was old and musty. Woodwork everywhere seemed like hundreds of years old. One of the bed side lamps wasn’t working. Plates were not available and drinking water was not packaged water, there was a single filter on the 2nd floor. There is a nice common place and swing though. While in Varkala, I would suggest booking some cottage ( preferably AC ) with some more budget.

On the first day, the room I was given had non-working lights, and I had to change rooms. The next day, the air conditioning in the new room stopped working, leading to another room change. Additionally, the rooms had a bad smell, and I even found cat feces in one of them. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and I expected better. I request that you look into this matter and consider appropriate action.

I booked the room for a family stay. But, overall the experience was poor. Untidy room, unsupportive staffs and poor service.
