Awesome location but VERY OLD PROPERTY

Best location and awesome view from the property. This is a very old property and I am afraid it looks like the hotel is not generating enough income to maintain basic infrastructure.

Property is good it dont have apersonal beach it have a acces to beach Restaurant timings are worst they have chek in @2 pm but they close kitchen @3:30 pm and charge 4900 for 7 sandwiches food experience is pathetic but hotel room are good their Sun deck have some awesome views. So its a mixed experience for me .

Only a day's stopover with my family but had a very relaxing stay.The staff are incredibly warm, efficient and very helpful. They went out of the way to give us an easily accessible room as my 85 yr old father was with us . The room was spacious, well equipped with all the necessities and the food was excellent! The location is very scenic and serene which added to the beauty of the resort . Looking forward to visiting again for a longer stay this time!

Good property with beach view and swimming pool.Rooms were comfortable. They do not allow dining near pool when requested. I reached the hotel with all my clothes wet due to rain. Hotel should provide slippers in room which they didnt have and I had to request one of the staff to lend me his slippers as my shoes were wet.

Worst Stay Experience – This has been by far the worst hotel experience of my life. Right from the beginning, the stay was nothing short of a nightmare: 1. The room felt unsafe and your reception staff didn’t even bother to console or assist when called. 2. Food availability was pathetic, with extremely limited options. 3. I was shocked when, during breakfast, I requested a simple cheese slice and was told it would be chargeable. Are you serious? After paying such a hefty amount for the stay, you can’t provide a slice of cheese? 4. The reception stank of dog smell, making it unbearable to even stand there. 5. The room itself smelled disgusting – it was like staying in hell. 6. The actual room given was nothing like the pictures shown online – completely misleading. 7. Toilets were filthy and unhygienic. 8. Because of all this, I had to cut my stay short and leave a day early, even though I had paid for 3 nights. I had to book another hotel at the last minute because staying at your property was simply impossible.

Kohinoor samudra is awesome property…35 acres…limited number of rooms…direct access to beach..sunset point was really well located….really really supportive staff.breakfast had limited options.room size is very good.A real oasis in middle of forest. A must go whenever you are in Ratnagiri

Overall stay was good and excellent, Nice view of beach from sunset point Foods charges are on higher side might be due to location and other things. Only concern is stray dogs are in big nos and also roaming near pool. And lights in resort property are very less, need to look for night walk.
