The property was very near to Morjim Beach and best clubs like Anti Social and Tikitii (10mins walk). Rooms were very spacious. They have maintained it very nicely. Clean and hygienic. Staff and service were top notch. Mr. Shankar(I think he was the Prop Manager) helped us every possible way to make our stay and trip very comfortable abs fun. But the cons as well, property doesn’t have a sea view and the breakfast there wasn’t that great! But at this budget finding such a nice place in Goa is quite a bliss. I enjoyed and loved it.

The property is beautifully maintained. The rooms were super clean with a refreshing smell when we entered. Pool is the highlight – clean and perfect for relaxing. The vibe of the whole place is very chill and peaceful. You don’t feel like leaving once you enter. Perfect place for a relaxed Goa trip.

Most people rush to baga or calangute, but morjim is the real deal if you want peace. Koko maya is tucked away in a quiet area but still close to cafes and beach shacks. The greenery, wooden interiors, and overall design made me feel like i was staying in a forest resort. Very unique experience.

The interiors are so thoughtfully done. Wooden textures, fairy lights at night, and greenery all around. It looks even better than the pictures. The place feels earthy and natural but with luxury comfort. Had a great time clicking pictures and just soaking in the vibe.

Resorts is good and neatly maintained, rooms are clean and pool is also maintained clean. Breakfast was good and only few varieties were offered, quality and taste was good. Beach is around 1km from the property.

This stay offering luxurious rooms, excellent service, and stunning views. The staff is attentive, and the food is flavorful and well-prepared. With a relaxing pool, it’s an ideal spot to unwind and recharge.

I visited the 1st time in Goa and my experience with this resort is amazing, Breakfast is best, The staff also behaves nice .

Food was really good, both veg and non-veg options. Breakfast was included and always fresh. We also ordered lunch and dinner a couple of times, it felt like home cooked meals. The staff was very sweet and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Great hospitality.

One of the best property in goa for stay. Calm and spacious rooms. Good swimming pool and best breakfast that i have done.

I was surprised by the quality of stay at this price. Everything from the room to the pool to the staff was great. The team arranged scooter rentals for us at good rates and even guided us about local places to explore. Great hospitality. I will definitely come again.
