Far from the main area and also very very small rooms. No market around so no use even getting down for a stroll as there is absolutely nothing around

Hygiene issue in cafeteria and rooms. Drinking water is not clean. Kids got sick at 1st night after having dinner at cafeteria. No basic medical facility available at night.

My stay at kolahoi was amazing. But the breakfast buffet could have been better. The rooms were amazing, the heater worked so well that we had to switch on the fan at night inspite of the temperature outside being -7. Overall it was an amazing experience staying at kolahoi.

Food was excellent location was beautiful hospitality of some employees at reception was not upto expectations all other was beautiful location is at 4 km away from main city

4 kms before Pahalgam but right on the main road, in summers can’t live without opening the window and cant live owing to the noise from the highway.

The Resort did not give us the confirmed booked Silver Room as they had allotted to someone else. They offered a cottage about 100 meters from hotel which, we being in 70s, declined. They hen offered inferior room number 501, with promise to compensate tarif difference. However they refused to reimburse whilst checking out. Why was our confirmed level of room allotted to someone else?? As regards general ambiance , staff curtesy and food, it is excellent.

My stay there was for 1 night. It’s an amazing property and they have made things really beautiful opposite the garden for guest to go near the river. However disappointed with the staff as because of few guest in the hotel they wanted to serve the dinner as early as possible which was not right. As i had gone there to relax and should not be forced to eat dinner early. Because i didn’t want to stay hungry i asked to keep the dinner in the room but within 30 minutes i get a call if they can clear the plates which is strange so that’s a little annoying. Also in-case if you want to chill in the lawn you have to walk down to the restaurant give the order only then you get the order

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The property is big and location is excellent. Food is also good. Overall, really enjoyed my stay.

Silver deluxe is very small, the photos are of the cottage. The silver deluxe rooms are not worth the price. You need to climb the stairs to reach room. My opinion for this price it's overpriced.

Kolahoi green rooms are beautiful but they service provided very poor night stay has electricity gone

The service was exceptional and the food was awesome. The property is close to the river but is a couple of kms before pahalgam, so that could be a disadvantage.

Food tasty with multiple options, good cleaning, high safety standards
