Kolam Serviced Apartments

First the good points- 1. Centrally located. 2. Quiet and clean place. 3. Extremely courteous staff. 4. Spacious room (I stayed in the MBR of 3rd floor- 3B). 5. Clean and spacious bathroom. 6. Prompt response the wall shower was not working properly. Was attended to quickly. Improvement points 1. Breakfast needs tremendous improvement (I got pongal, cold vada and chutney and tea). No fruits, juices, etc. Breakfast needs to have some variety. 2. Bed linen seemed soiled/used. However, it was changed promptly on request. 3. Room needs to have at least one chair. 4. No table/place to keep laptop and work. 5. Bathroom needs to have hooks to hang towel/clothes.

This was our 6th or 7 th visit to kollam. We had a fairly comfortable stay. The staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are well maintained and food was to our liking. Bfast was std but lunch & dinner wr could order our choice. Location of kollam is very good considering there are not many Kolam Serviced Apartmentss in proper adyar area. The rates are reasonable with liberal cancellation charges. So in summary good place to stay in adayr.

The place was right where I wanted to be and the rooms were awesome. The entire house were very clean and neat and even the bathrooms were maintained well. Everyone loved the 2 rooms we occupied and the staffs were helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this for everyone. Food were limited but since we had come to attend a wedding, didn't matter to us. Overall a lovely experience for us.

The location is very near to Adyar circle which is excellent. They gave us a twin room with the bathroom just outside because it is an apartment and other rooms (with attached bathrooms) were already occupied. That bathroom was for use by only us and hence not an inconvenience. Cleanliness was very good. Polite service. The breakfast could include a glass of juice. Everything else was very good.

I happened to stay in kollam serviced apartments for 7 days in april 23. The stay was excellent. Rooms are maintained very well. Polite service personnel. Any request in terms of food or other services are handled in a professional and fast manner. The location is in one of the best areas in the city with many restaurants, shopping places, atms and other amenities

Excellent location, extremely helpful staff, super clean, great maintenance, rooms have ample storage space, bathrooms are big, modern and clean . I was truly impressed 1. Breakfast is very sinple and healthy but taste wise can be slightly better. 2. Night time(post 11. 30pm) no one is available in Reception area for any help.

Kolam service apartment is conveniently located at Adyar. This is our first Long stay in a Kolam Serviced Apartments. You feel as though you are staying in your own house. Free wifi is an added advantage. Kolam is located next to the famous Grand sweets. One can frequent Grand sweets for tasty South indian snacks.

Very happy with my recent stay. The only issue was that they had not cleaned the kitchen after the previous guest had left. The ashtray contained cigarettes and there was smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. Apart from this small issue, the overall experience was very nice.

The room was small, but neat and clean. The service was also good. Room boys were nice. Food was good. Coffee was the best. The washrooms are also clean. The bedsheets should be a little more clean.

Location was awesome. Amenities and food was average. Not great. Rooms were slightly smaller than what we expected

Nice place to stay, room was clean. The bedsheets and towels were rough and itchy and needs to be replaced with softer fabric. Tv was not recharged in my room.

The check-in process was very smooth. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The room and the overall apartment were clean and tidy. Would recommend this stay on budget.

I came for the Weekend with my kids and it was a pleasant stay.

Overall nice experience, hot water was some problem but apart from that excellent stay! well maintained neat and clean!

One double bed cotton net with proper fitting may be provide if possible, otherwise proper good night arrangements to be checked before check. So the room is maintain free from mosquito.
Location of apartment and service is excellent.

Good stay and good staff, few issues were there however negligible, would recommend travellers to consider this place and stay in this property!

We stayed for six days and it was an excellent stay .. We staff are nice and the food was superb. All the items are highly commendable. Neat atmosphere, ample car parking Strong recommendations to avail this facility
