It is a very poor rooms and very shaggy walls and different types of insects in room so it's terrible so according to me don't prefer it

Make my trip is fraud company their customer support executives are also fraud. They showed me two rooms for 3 days @1322 and i paid but when i reached hotel they refused to accept the booking @ that price and asked me 4800 rs for two rooms for 3 days i called on customer care number approx 20th time but all their executives were told me to call later due to some technical error. I am very disappointed by make my trip. Amount they had charged for 1 room for 3 days. Very disgusting

Make my trip it cost me a lot. If i had gone and booked the room directly, we would have got the same room for rs 700. We had to pay rs 1400 in make my trip and rs 700 extra.

There was a problem contacting the hotel, but other than that, everything seemed fine. Didn't try the food at the hotel, so can't say.

It was one of the best place to stay. Room was neat and clean. Staff at r supportive. Overall good place to stay

Cleanliness in the rooms was very poor. The person, who was looking after administration was not professional and was not able to handle the things properly.

It's awesome experience. All facilities are good. But cold water is not found.

Actually 1. Cleaning 0 bedsheets and blankets are dirty bathroom horrible toilet seat jet not working properly geasure is leaking and bath bucket are so dirty

I have booked my room on 25 august 2022 in kolkata dharamshala. I booked and made full payment on that day. But when i call them they told us there is no room in the property from 2 months it has been ale-ready booked. When i said that i have booked and made a payment also then they told ill check and inform you. Then i made a call to property owner he arranged a room for us. I was satisfied i rest assured. But yesterday when i went to hotel they said no room-was booked we have no room to give you. Then i said what about my payment they said we don't know we never upload over property. Then i said we have also talked to you on that day you convinced us. Then after many much argument and after 2 3 hours they gave us room the room was just poor. Ac was not working no proper cleanliness. Then i said what is this i booked deluxe room with a deluxe price then they changed our room with same class not deluxe room then i said why you are not giving me deluxe room you have vacant room why you are not giving us then they compelty denied our request and give us that normal third clas room then i make a complain to management authority they return us ddiffrence money. Totally disappointed i want to stay in normal room i could book that with that day.

Bed sheet was not clean and washrooms need more cleaning
