Too much cockroaches, bedsheets uncleaned, utensils not cleaned, smelly pillows

The service is slow and you'll find this hotel in a little crowded area. There are no lifts so make sure you're ready to climb and the breakfast is only bread and tea. Little bit messy and cockroaches but is affordable for a couple of night stay.

That hotel is terrible! Not for regular people! We booked for one night! But reached a bit late! We already informed the hotel! But when we reached they told room is not available! First they told after30 min room will be available then 1 hr! We could not understand we already report that to MMT.then we understand that the hotel actually for they give rent for couples for who don’t have place for makeoout. Horrible experience.

Stay was good, clean bedsheets, clean bathroom, towel and water provided. And it was very close to VFS Global walkable distance

Need some upgradation. All bedsheets and curtains are having holes may be due to someone smoked in the room. The services are slow. Booked for deluxe room but didn't look like a deluxe as it's very congested and small. Services are slow. While booking it was mentioned mineral water complimentary but for 3 person they provided 1 bottle per room which is not accepted. Staff response is poor and services are slow. Water in washroom gets exhausted and we had to call them to switch on the water pump. Breakfast is fixed , only 3 option. Tea, Bread omlette/ poori/ bread jam. Very limited option. Only soaps are provided in the name of toiletries. Washroom is slippery. The lady at the reception is polite and mostly resolves the queries. Overall staffs are good. Location is good but little inside. Walkable distance from Acropolis Mall.

It was a pleasant stay,staffs were also pleasant😌Not too costly for the amenities provided and also VFS office is nearby from here.

The place was not good for us, because we chose delux room but got normal room. All rooms are same size ,there is no delux room. When I booked it's shown there will be electric kettle but they did not have a kettle.. Comforter and towel was too dirty and torn.There was no kitchen in hotel and the outside food is not good. I am suggesting you don't go there. Worst of money..

The facility is known in two names: Kolkata guest house and The Kolkata hotel. Confused to find out the location. The booking included breakfast. But, nothing served. A below average cleanliness and arrangement. Though prior booking was done with full payment, the manager was unaware about the booking. It took a while to clarify things and settle down.

Best service and food with well behaved staff. Overall good experience with this hotal good companion with all time
