There is no kitchen.. shabby room.. very bad room condition. The roof is showing black spots of damp.. the wallpapers are dirty and coming out of the wall

Property is located at prime location of Tagore park & very well maintained. Food facilities are available just nearby. Services are also good. In short, it's value for money stay!

The room was not clean, bed was broken, it is a small room below stair case, staff behavior very bad

Good budgeted hotel. But needs improvement on cleaning and bathroom fittings. However it's on nice locality.

The hotel was pathetic and people were not at all professionals it was the worst experience.

Worst room was alloted. Foul smell and only 6ft. Height of the roof. Seems like a storeroom was poorly furnished and given to us. The staff were arrogant and rude.

The hotel is to bad to stay i have booked saver room which of 100sq ft but there gave me small room which not good and didn’t have a proper interior and roof is touching for 6ft height person, and then i speak with mmt. Customer service to upgrade my room from saver to classic the service executive told me pay 280rupees extra for upgrading. When i went to pay money the hotel manager took 600 rupees for the upgrading my room. Apart from this there is no proper hot water supply and the room or no too good to stay bad maintenance and bedsheet are dirty to use.

The staff was quite nice. The room was clean. Quick actions were taken for water, food, everything pretty much.

1. Misliading photos2. The room alloted to us was a converted servants room which was so tiny and not meant to stay for a decent family3. Rooms/hotel of this kind should not cost more.4. Dull and dirty bed sheet with a hole5. Bathroom was in very poor condition. We did not stay there for more than 15 minutes, it was so sickening.

I didn't know that guest house meant a lodge-like experience. We had booked a stay for 4 full days (march 25 to march 29. I had called and confirmed with the place before boarding the flight to Kolkata. We reached there on march 26 morning: 2:30 am. After reaching the front of the guest house, we tried calling loudly and knocking on the grill. But received no response. Then I called the contact number. I could hear the phone ringing from outside. Once the guy took the call and cut it. I called again and again. After 3-4 calls, he unlocked the door and came outside with sleepy eyes. He didn't help us with the luggage or anything. We ourselves transferred our luggage to our room. Once inside the room, i could understand that the size of the room is very small compared to the feeling we get when we see And the bedsheet had a stain on it. The bathroom was just ok. Not very spacious and had very less space for putting stuff (like stands. Geyser was not working. But they provided us with an electric rid for heating the water. The cleaning lady cleaned the room the next day nicely. One main reason why we stayed there was that, we loved the 'naastas' tea stall run by one chandran mishra just opposite to the place. Their hospitality, food and warm company gave us a nice experience in kolkata.

Room is small. Food is very bad.

Good hotel for stay with couples and friends

Dirty used bedsheet with stains was provided. Bathroom was dirty like a public washroom. Current supply was also not good. Staffs behaviour was worst. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The room were good but the cleanliness was not up to the mark. The room had a ton of mosquitoes which made our stay worst.

1st in this hotel manager says to me no booking after 10 minutes later he says yes booking confirmed but I can't see. Then I book a classic room he provides me server room. Room services very poor maintenance. No soap, no body wash in bathroom. This is rubbishing for me at this time.
