Horrible experience,rude stuff, don't recommended at all.food terrible,room was not clean,found hair everywhere even on electric cattle and tea bag and tea bag was broken

Management system is very poor. Staff are not trained for hotel....

I didn't try the food as it was pure vegetarian but the stay was good, the room was a little tight but enough for a single person, overall it was good

Good location, good room, warm and hospitable staffs, room tariffs are manageable. Though breakfast is nominal but its ok considering the tariffs

Pros: 1) great location. One mall is 100 meters away and another 400 meters away walking distance. On the main road so taxi auto are also easily available. 2) room was clean. Cons: booked executive room breakfast included 1) in the included breakfast, there are two options only, bread toast/omlette or roti/puri sabzi/dal. No buffet 2) shower lever was faulty 3) outside the window, there was a wall. That's it. 4) food was served on extremely dirty trays. 5) twice we were asked about the period of our booking even though it was pre-booked and prepaid. 6) ac could barely keep the room cool at maximum setting and fans operational to support even though guwahati is not that hot. 7) no soap, shampoo or any other kit provided in bathroom. Just two towels. The stay was not uncomfortable but at the price, seemed odd that above basic things were not okay. This did not feel like an executive room.

Meal is an issue. No breakfast available even upto 8 am due to non availability of cook, need improvement.

Komfort stay is really a comfortable and affordable stay. The rooms are neat and clean and well- maintained. The bathroom is quite ok. Housekeeping service is ok. The location is very nice for easy communication. The food quality is perfect. The receptionist along with all the staff are very cordial, sobre and the customer service is just awesome.

It was a wonderful experience—the staff was incredibly supportive, and the food felt homemade and satisfying.

The room was standard and clean. They are maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The staffs are nice and welcoming. Overall it was a great and nice stay.

Location is excellent, right at the heart of the city. Food is fabulous. Amenities are top notch and services are amazing. I would recommend anyone who would like value for money place to stay.

I went for an exam there n was already in a state of chaos but the staff and environment of the hotel kept me sane. Thank you kamfort staff.

One time stay. Service is poor. Number of times questioned to get required services. Complementary breakfast has no spread. No proper dining hall set up. Rooms are good as the hotel is new. But not well maintained. Curtains are dirty. Cleanings are not done regularly. Will not get required tea coffee pouches at the right time. No proper greetings at the reception
