it was good for solo , group travellers , but very confusing location because it is in down of hills , food was amazing, i would recommend this to go on daylight because night you'll be confused (like me) , stay was good , they also provide trekking with guide so if you are interested plan accordingly

The property was well maintained and the staff especially SAJI was one of a kind! Also organised a small guided trek to a nearby waterfall! Highly recommended for families!

Best resourt

The scenery, food and experience were all great and novel. It gave me the experience of camping with comfort which my middle aged parents loved. But it was difficult getting to the spot, especially with the road in the last 1.1 km damaged. That was the only bad experience we had. Although, there were some things which the Koodaram team could improve. Eg. The locks of our camp were rusted, the luxury camps exterior could use regular cleaning and maybe writing the bathroom number inside as well, because we had difficulty locating each other to hand in towels or toiletries. These are just slight inconveniences which did not affect the overall experience much. Koodaram is novel, innovative and a beautiful vacation spot. One that you can enjoy with friends and family. We really enjoyed our stay there. I would also like to give my compliments to the chef. The food was delicious. There was a feeling of freshness in every dish we had. At first I was worried that my parents wouldn't like the vegetarian dishes. But I found myself eyeing their plates instead of mine. The Gobi Manchurian was slightly too salty but the Cashew Paneer dish was mouthwatering . On the non veg side. The grilled chicken felt a bit dry but the biryani and chicken curry were delicious. The food overall felt balanced. With my aging parents, I don't know if I will visit Koodaram again. But if it's with friends and younger members of the family. It's a resounding yes. But I'll definitely have to bring our own transport cause the journey from munnar town to the camp site left a lot to be desired. I hope to visit Koodaram again, this time with friends. I hope the camp team will consider my recommendations and give us a 5 point review worthy experience next time. ❤️

Accommodation is amidst the hillside nature, easily reachable by car. Some road conditions are a bit rough, though manageable. A picturesque, tranquil location ideal for nature lovers. The campsite offers freshly prepared meals served in a restaurant that complements the camping vibe. Evening: cake and special black tea. Fresh, flavorful, and well-loved by visitors. Indoor and outdoor—archery, games, etc.The combination of beautiful locale, curated activities, well-prepared meals.

One of my mind blowing experience in Koodaram

Positives: The location was beautiful and serene. *Areas for Improvement:* - The facilities arranged in the tent were disappointing, especially considering the price range ,We felt that some basic amenities like proper lighting and charging points would have enhanced our experience. -Providing a light source in the tent would have been helpful, especially at night. - A charging point in the tent would have been convenient for guests to keep their devices charged. - Recommendation: With some improvements in the tent facilities, Koodaram Camp could offer a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests
