Wonderful location, the food, kids friendly and surrounding beautiful nature the staff service is excellent

Property is good. Staff is excellent but a drawback is family functions organized there (eg. marriage). If there is one, then you cant do anything there. Neither you can access their lawn or open space in that case. You have to stay inside the room & there is a loud music in that case.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The location of the property is good. Services were very prompt, and the staff was responsive to requests, which made the experience smooth. The food quality was decent . Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the location.

I searched for properties near Naldehra and found Koti Resorts in the list. I liked the images and reviews of the place and booked it immediately. The property is built at a scenic location with good food, courteous staff and delicious food.

We stayed in hotel room no. 303 and 304, following are the observations- 1) the tea in both room was faulty & auto cut was not happening. In room no 304 the kettle got burned due to this issue & later hotel stuff told us about faulty kettles. 2) the hot/warm was not coming in bathroom & both days i had to call housekeeping staff to fix issues. 3) food quality is good & reasonable 4) location is very good.

It’s a beautiful resort. The food and ambience is just great. The resort is well maintained and the staff is very polite.

Hi, this is sandeep from haryana, stayed in premium room at koti resort, mashobra. Everything about the stay was perfect, they have got a jacuzzi installed in premium rooms, food was great, staff was very cooperative and the best thing about the resort is its location, secluded and in lap of the nature. Beautiful views from the room. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The view is amazing as you can see the glimse of shimla from the location. The place is also quite open with lots of places to sit in the lawn and have a cup of tea while enjoying the mountain view.

Our two-day stay at kota resort in mashobra, shimla, was incredibly memorable. The accommodation was perfect, providing both comfort and style. The location offered stunning views that made our stay even more special. The staff were very polite and attentive, and the food quality was superb, adding to our overall enjoyment. A special mention goes to mr. Dheeraj from the staff, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and great food made our experience at the resort truly exceptional.

The property is well maintained. The staff is courteous. The restaurant staff was very warm and welcoming and they customized food to our preference. They were able to offer most dishes without high spices or chilli.
