Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.Swiming pool view is dam good.I highly recommend it for couple and family

My recent stay at Kotian Guest House was a huge disappointment. The room, which was booked for three people, was incredibly small and cramped. Worse still, the bedroom and the mattresses had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and I would not recommend this guest house.

Respected sir...you have booked the couple room for 3 adult's and 1 child....while u booking it shows the room size and bed...still you booked a couple room for 4 members...you had a option of booking family room for 4 members but to save money you booked a couple room and mentioned 3 adult's but you didn't mentioned the kid who is old around 10yeras for that also we didn't said anything..to be frank you wanted to mention the kid while you booking the room in that also you saved the money and now your telling room is small....and your telling it's smell first thing in couple room u stayed 4 members u have to think how it's possible...and it was complete rainy season you should keep your footwear out side but you keept it inside and room and stayed 4 members.and now ur telling room is smell.....so bfr giving review pls know your mistake hope you understand atleast from NXT time book a proper room instead of gng for small room and staying 4 members.....i have nvr seen such a cheep and cunning guest

Staff person is very polite and service is very good. Rooms are okay but i think bathrooms need to be renovated. It was stinking badly. Parking place is very small. Breakfast was not tasty

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback mam.Acualy our building is 5 years old so no need of renovating wash room our rooms washroom is completely clean and new as it shown in the photo.but I don't know why it was stinking.bec once the guest checkout We clean the room and wash room properly.for stinking main reason is once yu use the toilet you need to flush the commode properly if not it will start to smell inside.and we are truly sorry to hear about the bfst we will improve on it.but you told parking space is small in our parking place 6 fourwheel vehicle can park and more then 10 bike can park.so pls while giving a review just verify it once or els just ask your driver how much car can park inside the gate and give the review Thank you

We stay in deluxe room. Property is clean, and good for a family, stay. Though it away from main market and bus stand. Staff is helping especially mr pun-it to keep property clean and arranging transport.

The homestay was in a quiet place which was just 2 km from the madikeri bus stand. The place had geyser, solar water and quite a nice service.

Sir your telling stay was just okay for family.we gave u Deluxe family prox of 12 room just for 3673 with Breakfast for 7Adult and 2 children's. still do u seriously feel it's just okay stay for that price.and ur telling it's difficult to find food.there is Swigy Zomato online delivery .more over if u order in the reception we will get food form the hotel.
