Our rooms are cleaned and inspected before every check-in, and toiletries like soap, shampoo, and towels are provided as standard. A toothbrush kit, however, is available on request — as per most heritage hotels. As for “no help from staff,” our front office is open 24/7, and we have in-room service and housekeeping available anytime — all it takes is one call. We believe in genuine hospitality, not exaggerated storytelling. Still, we respect your opinion and wish you better luck finding a stay that matches your expectations (and effort to ask for a toothbrush 😉).
