Everything is good, specially for this food is amazing and location, facilities are also very good. Rooms cleaness average overall all good 👍😊

Facilities include food and stay was good.Room service is average. Supply enough drinking water in the room. Now only two small bottles to make tea is available per day. Also though we have paid full room rent for three days you have supplied tooth brush, paste, shaving items one

Relectant to provide room which I had made booking through make my trip. After one hour of arguement, they provided a room which is not worthy of our payment. Not clean and dirty rooms.

My check in was denied when I reached hotel with my family during night. They had no courtesy to inform through call that rooms were not available in advance.

Decent rooms, friendly staff, the complementary breakfast was good. The hotel location is good with easy access to bus stands and other modes of transport.

Hotel location was good and easy to reach. Room was good, the room i got was little difficult to reach. Otherwise a nice stay. If you are not getting 4000 series rooms then it's good i think.

Had a 1 night stay with family, room quality is decent but not excellent, room service, hospitality was very good, complimentary breakfast was good, night time we had a very good dinner with customisable option provided by restaurant team quality of food, taste was excellent.

When selecting a budget hotel, i expect bed sheet and comforter clean and neat. It was dirty and room was stinky. Furniture and interior is okay even-though old. Floor and walls are neat and newly painted. Common areas good. Toilet not bad. Many hotel management s do not give importance to towels, bed sheets, pillow, bed and comforter. These are very important as far as i am concerned along with toilet

Though the rooms are booked well in advance, the allotment of the rooms were done only around 3:05pm (1 hour beyond the check in time. Restaurant closes by 3:00pm and only coffee is available. Tariff is expensive. Rooms are very old, toilet seats are broken. Front office staff to be trained to be polite and responsible in allocating the correct rooms.

Hospitality was extremely great everyone including house keeping’s know how to behave to gust and place was very hygienic. It’s was a pleasant stay hospitality was appreciable even housekeepings know how to behave to guest and the place is very hygienic

It’s a good property in a good location. The breakfast needs to be improved need to wait for refilling of items when get exhausted. Items that can be ordered also got exhausted when i had visited the hotels lol. However it is a good place to stay. Clean rooms, professional staff members,

Hotel that won't disappoint you. Very close to almost everything that you're looking for. Staffs are very cooperative and humble.
