This is an established KPM Regency right next to Press Club in Palakkad and so is well known. It has the basic facilities one would expect but it is in a (relatively) smaller town so expectations have to be adjusted as well. The food is good (they have an AC and non-AC restaurant) and I liked the restaurant staff. At check-out, the receptionist wanted me to pay in cash which I found rather troubling since we are trying to go cashless in India and I had a debit card and a credit card available to pay! I did end up paying with my card after I insisted that I do.

The location, facilities were good. The reception staff and the service staff are courteous and helpful. The premises are kept neat and clean. The only fault I found was that the WiFi did not work. I was told by the staff that the internet would start after two or three attempts, but unfortunately it did not. Apart from this issue, no other complaints.
