KPR Residency

The KPR Residency is one of the nearest and reachable from the bus stop. Parking: parking is available only for two cars. We didn't go by car, so not sure about other parking facilities by the KPR Residency. There is an ample parking space available near the temple and maybe that can be used. 1. Rooms - we took two deluxe non-ac rooms which we regret, the place is usually hot and the fans are just working at an average speed at max. In one of the rooms, there were cockroaches in the room, when informed they have changed the room. However, the replaced room also has the same issue. We give up asking for one more time. Mosquitoes are more in number in the rooms we took, if we open the windows. When we requested the mosquito coil at night, the staff said no availability of any all-out or mosquito coils. 2. Beds - the beds are okay for two people if they're an average size, if someone with a big personality, only one can sleep peacefully. 3. Bathrooms - the shower and hot water are good. Just the bathroom cleanliness should be taken care of. 4. Food options - no food availability in the KPR Residency, we have to eat outside, there's no good place to eat in the entire town, the food quality is very less at least for vegetarians.

Pro: the suite room is decent to stay and hot water is available 24*7 and KPR Residency is very near to the temple. Cons: 1) there is no parking space only three cars can be parked infront of the KPR Residency so whenever someone want to remove the car from the inside space they will call us every time to remove the car. 2) the non suite room and washroom was very worst not cleaned at all and the fan also work very slowly. 3) until and unless if you ask then only they provide all the toiletries and water bottle otherwise staff won’t provide if you don’t ask. 4) staff are bit rude while they answer if we ask questions

This KPR Residency is very close to the temple. I really enjoyed my stay and felt homely. More important thing is that the management is very honest since they helped me in getting back one valuable item that i forgot at the KPR Residency after checkout. I got it back safely after a day or so through courier. I really appreciate their honesty and simplicity. I strongly recommend k pr residency to all.

A very well maintained and nice KPR Residency for staying very close to the temple. The staff is very courteous and prompt in attending to guests. Overhaul excellent stay except for the fact that it was bit overpriced when i booked it. However the prices had dropped a day before i was supposed to check in which was the only disappointment. Anyways, a nice place to stay with family or friends.

Got to know about k pr residency on makemytrip. We stayed for one day. The staff were respectful and friendly. The room was at convenient location and walkable distance to temple. It was clean and perfect for couple. The only drawback is there was no tv in the room and fan regulator was missing. If issues are addressed, it could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

It was a good experience the staff was friendly. Room was good and restroom was good too. It was heavily raining when we visited but we felt comfortable. We can't say that it is excellent but definitely above average. No food provided, so can't comment on that. We ordered tea, they collected money from us and bought tea from outside, which was okay. Overall it was good

It is nearby temple. Hospitality is good. There is no dinning at the KPR Residency. They will get us food outside if we want. Provided washed bed spread, pillow cover, soap, shampoo and a bottle of mineral water. The only flaw i noticed is that they were not cleaning the restrooms everyday. I stayed two nights. On the very first day it was cleaned before we get in

Very nice hospitality. Friendly staffs and management was very good. Homely and safe place. Very near to temple. Rooms are clean and neat water heater available. Very very nice KPR Residency. Thanks to staffs and management surely next time i'm going to this temple i first preparation booked kpr residency only. Thank you

Manager and all staff working in KPR Residency were very friendly and helpful. Actually manager helped me to arrange my visit to temple and took care very friendly. Would recommend this KPR Residency if you do visit srikalahasti anytime.

Polite and courteous staff, nice clean rooms, scope for minimal improvement in toilets not bad though. Extremely near to temple and intercity bus service is available from outside the KPR Residency.
