The first thing we experience at the arrival that my paid booking was not confirmed because they miss the mail to check. First they asked us to take refund from mmt. We loose our temper hearing this and tell the manager that we will do nothing accept staying here. They have to arrange rooms for us in any means. Lastly they some how arrange for the rooms although it was different from my booked royal executive room. But we accepted it generously. So firstly this was the terrible experience. Their food was very good but catering service was very poor due to lack of staffs. But there canteen manager was good. He was trying his best to fulfill everyone's demand. At the time of check out the owner of the resort was there. He was sorry for the trouble we faced due to staff negligence. Lately we come to know that the room we stayed was the owner's room. The resort ambience was good. If they improve the service it will be excellent.

familyIt is with a lot of agony and uncomfortable experience. I and my family had not had a horrible experience like this at krishna cottages digha. Firstly we had booked 2 rooms for a family of 6 people which included charges for extra person. As you can see from the attached photo and the call made to your customer care on the night of 23th march when we requested for the blanket or comforter we were not provided. We were only provided with extra mattress and bedding without blankets and it was very uncomfortable to sleep without any blanket. When requested we were met with only a stern response that no blanket or comforter is available. The customer care promised to resolve it but couldn’t as the calls to owner were not answered. Secondly, we had selected the hotel due to the swimming pool as we wanted to have a family time there were various other options available however we choose this property for swimming pool and comfortable rooms. As you can see from the photo the pool was not clean, it was smudge and untreated water which was dark green in colour. Thirdly the property was new but clearly not well maintained as there were cockroaches in the room and washroom as you can see from the attached pictures. Fourthly, the service and the behaviour of the staff was awful. In the name of breakfast buffet there was only pratha and puri bhaji and no options available. As you can see from the attached pictures we were provided with quarter of omelette on 4 plates each when we asked for 4 plates omelette. The breakfast was served after waiting for more than 40 mins, and the staff and manager did not had the courtesy to provide the breakfast to us instead were rude enough to have breakfast themselves while we were waiting for more than 40 mins. Further when we had asked for bread toast, we were provided with toast with jam removed from extra bread jam as can be seen with marks of jam on plain bread toast.

They do not provide arrangement for 5th guest, my son. They told the extra payment has been charged for entry in the room only. Hence, i have to pay additional rs. 2000 for room with 3 bed. It was not expected.

In terms of welcome drink they served us only water. During check out they came up three times from 9 am 9:30 & disturb us to check out. We told after having breakfast in the room we will check out but they didn't listen & they charged for breakfast when it was complementary.

One of very bad hotel. Staff are highly unprofessional. Room are full of insects. Check out time is 9am. Darty water in swimming pool. Overall it is very bad. Kindly try to avoid this kind of hotel for stay.

Restaurant makes food as per demand. I had 3 childrens and 3 senior citizens with me so needed hot water and non spicy food. They provided the best available with them at that time. So thumbs up

familyThe check in was smooth no challenges. However their check out is 9am which is way ti early. If you do not check out in time you will get multiple reminder call stating you will be penalised or fines will be imposed on you. Please the staff is so slow order tea at 8:00am and it was brought to me at 8:50am. Not at all booking this again and will also not recommend it for anyone
