Terrible rooms and hotel area

It’s few room on 1st floor of a building, no hygiene in the area around badly smelling with drainage water in front of building. Rooms with no tv, had bathroom with attached toilet having size of 4 by 4, too small for bath, toilet gun not working, water geyser was throwing electricity current which is horrible. Tried to change rooms but that had similar problems, one with broken toilet and other had no window at all. Hotel manager was arrogant

This hotel gives your rooms to others on hourly basis, when you are out of the hotel.

familyTerrible experience in this hotel. Makemytrip should not partner with such hotels who give our booked rooms to the others on an hourly basis. Rooms washrooms are also not clean and many cockroaches inside the washroom. Pols do not opt for this hotel.
