KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL

I stay in Mira road and I am aware of all the locality around. There were many options but I choose this considering all factors. Booked this place for 5 nights for a senior citizen couple who were traveling form different state Kolkata. Little on expensive side but totally worth in terms of food, service, locality and ambiance. Location KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL is situated in well connected place, good option for eatery nearby local joints. Extremely safe location during late night hours. PVR cinemas theater and shopping mall within 100 meter, suitable for couples and family. Airport Around 21 kms. Morning time before 7 am it will take hardly take 45 mins to reach. Room deluxe room (slightly bigger than standard) quite accommodating for 2 people. Hotel staff were very polite and cooperative. All rooms have AC installed only. AC in our room was making loud noise but the someone was sent to fixed it immediately (would recommend KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL to replace or regularly check AC units as problem was faced 2 times cooling issues). Staff and service staff were very polite and courteous, always available at the beck and call. Food breakfast is inclusive. Served at Sudama- nice and spacious, all veg restaurant. Great ambiance and good food for vegetarians. Resto bar, adjoining but complete different entrance splash which offers drinks and non-veg. A tips booking directly at KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL will be any day expensive. Use MMT or some other app and you can book it at lower price. This property is located centrally (5/5) in mira road (e, with the suburban rail station just 10 minutes by vehicle. Food is available from its two restaurants, suadam pure veg and splash (v/nv. Room service is good (4/5. Staff at reception and with housekeeping are good (5/5. Cons: 1. The mattress sagged at its 4 pressure points and its internal springs pressed against the body. On requesting it to be changed, we were told that all mattresses are in the same condition. We had to sleep across the breadth of the mattress. 2. Our room was just adjacent to the utility room from which there was frequent disturbance in the form of loud talking, door banging. 3. The included buffet breakfast was promised at 8 am but was not available even till 8. 45 am, due to which i had to skip it to keep an important engagement. 4. Helpline# 200 was unmanned early morniong.

If you consider to have to haul t near mira road, then this KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL is really one of the good option with reasonable price. Deluxe room are very nice and spacious compared to standard room. So i would suggest to go for deluxe room. Though it is off the mira road appx. 4-5 kms from highway, it is situated in good locality with ample of KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL surrounding. Connectivity by auto or uber is also good. The only problem is with the delayed service from the staff or else everything is fine.

Please don't believe on mm t, the details of room shown in app is completely different from actual room, room was very small and congusted, i complaint it to mm t but there no any reply from mm t and no solution for it, i have to pay extra for my room upgradation, mm t is worst don't trust on mm t, very poor customer support.

We reached late in the KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL at around 23:30 and the receptionist was waiting for us. The checkin was smooth but the surprise was the room. Clean and cosy, our stay was comfortable and the staff was super friendly. I would like to thank jagannath and all the staff members for the wonderful job they done.

Decent, clean, KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL. Good location, good employees, fast service. Nice interior. All ammenities intact and properly taken care. Liked this KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL. Will prefer and refer to other friends. Can stay here frequently, rate is also optimum. Comfortable and happy stay enjoyed.

During my last week visit to Mumbai, I stayed at Hotel Krishna Palace. It was a peaceful stay with full relaxation. Very neat and clean KRISHNA PALACE HOTEL. Mr Ganesh at the reception was very nice and helpful. Veg food at their restaurant Sudama is very yummy 😋👌🏻

They have decent and clean rooms. Room service is good. Breakfast is awesome. Overall good stay.
