familyThe floors were very dirty. The door of our room was broken. There was no night lamp and arrangement of water and towel. Hotel officials were very unprofessional and rude. We had a horrible experience there.

We took one room having two double sized bed. According to the amount size of the room was not appropriate, also the room didn't have proper facilities. Bathroom was broken and even dirty. Ac temperature was fixed by the hotel management which i found very uncomfortable. Resources were very poor and when we first visited the room, the floor was already dirty. Conclusion: price was very high but experience was extremely disappointing.

Makemytrip cheated me, that hotel not at all for this much tarrif. Waste of money, rooms are dirty, wall are so dirty fan and light not working.

It was a very fun filled journey to puri with great excitement so less impact on stay for single day. Though the tv didn't work and the mosquitoes that sneaked in from the open grooves of the damaged door and the geyser not working, i did not mind at all resting the night on a dirty bed. Worst won't be fair for the stay. But that is how it goes to rate on an average.

It was terrible stay at this hotel. Very poor facilities with low sanitation level. The professionalism was not at all there. Somehow they have converted a house into a so called resort/hotel. Water problems were there plus the hotel staffs accommodated us to a wrong room. Dogs are present inside the hotel. Overall very poor.
