Krishna Utsab Resort

I booked it for my Wife & brother in law & they were overwhelmed by the hospitality & the behaviour of the staffs of the hotel & for food quality & taste also she gave a perfect 10.... Thanks to the entire team of Krishna Ustab !

The hotel is very good. I really love the location . Though it's little far from station and city centre, but if any one really wants to enjoy sonajuri haat and the test of nature, this place is perfect. The behaviour of the staffs are really good and they are always ready to help and satisfy customer needs . Rooms are clean enough and the view from the balcony is like heavenly.

The hotel is located at a prime location near Sonajhuri hat, just 2 minute walking distance. The surrounding environment is very serene and away from the hustle bustle of the main city. The rooms are clean, spacious and the washrooms are well maintained. The food in the restaurant is pretty good and the room service staff is very polite and courteous. An excellent choice if you are looking for a peaceful, laid back stay in Shantiniketan.

Nice location, very near to Sonajhuri haat. Food in hotel restaurant was very good. Complimentary breakfast items were very limited. Addition of some Fruit juice, fresh fruits, some South Indian and North Indian. items should be thought off. Otherwise services were prompt and staff were well behaved.

The property is clean but has efficient staffs. Room food service and restaurant is quite good. However, we didn't receive newspaper (as mentioned in the room details). Also, one will not get packaged drinking on a regular basis. We received packaged drinking water only on the first day. The property has excellent location and is next to Sonajhuri haat. Restaurant is very good too.

Location wise it’s a really nice one as the SONAJHURI HAAT is within a walking distance of 2-3 minutes! The staff of the hotel are very nice. The minor drawback is the food, which I did not liked very well though it can be improved a lot.

It is a very beautiful resort. The behaviour of staffs is very polite. The foods of the restaurant is hygienic and delicious. The room conditions is very good and smart. All over the restaurant is very good.

The resort is well decorated, rooms are big and clean, staff behaviour was very good. Even the reataurant food was good.

The resort is just 80m away from sonajhuri hat. Ambience is very good. Loved their hospitality. The homely and delicious food is an add on ). Hope to visit again.

It is a good hotel at affordable rates. However there is a lot of scope for improvement specially regarding the amenities. Food has less choice but is fresh. Overall good on a budget.

Excellent staff behaviour. The food is homely and they even cook non-spicy food for kids on request. Rooms are clean.

Everything was good, it was very clean, the hotel staff were very helpful, the hotel is placed in a good place as well. However, i did not feel it was a good value for money choice.
