The most pathetic , bathroom in the 1st floor had no windows and those people were expecting us to take bath there. Kitchen , home appliances and furniture in all the rooms were dirty , fridge was dirtiest, a pathetic stay,

Check in and check out timings are fixed on all online bookings , it's not a 24 hour basis. Check your booking voucher post booking. We provide self cooking services to Airbnb bookings and upon pre requested bookings. Self cooking services are not available on the last moment request and it's not free also. It's now-a-days trending to mark a negative booking review if any of the Guest requests are denied / not possible by the home stay host. Home stay has some rules and regulations of its own depending upon the circumstances of the property location and society conditions. And these are unique from place to place. Dear Mr. Amit, you cheked in at 2 am as your train was late. And you were constantly in touch with our care taker in every hour of your delay. He assisted you and the auto driver to reach our home stay. Still some auto drivers may be intentionally or unintentionally advice negative to guests, regarding home stay location and approaching roads. It's obvious if I travel to a unknown place at 2 am in the night I will get scared automatically. Those things should not affect our stay review at least. Regards kRtAtithya

Dear Bipasha ma'am, you stayed for two nights and enjoyed our home cooked food all the time. Wifi is completely free for our guests, there is no point we don't share passwords. I personally asked you about this and you informed me that it's already been resolved. Deluxe AC with free WiFi room is not at all similar to other categories of rooms. My Home stay is within an apartment society and we have to obey apartment society rules also. Again I will say it's now-a-days trending to mark negative reviews if any of your expectations came unfulfilled by the home stay or it's surroundings. Regards kRtAtithya

I stayed for 4 nights. Not even once my room was cleaned. They did not change the towel. Only one towel was provided. And only a Mini Soap that too only once Brakefast was below standard. I am seeing it nowadays that one unintentionally made mistake leads the travellers to leave a very negative response online. I had booked a homestay for the second time and my experience was really not that great. Very unprofessional behaviour. I had confirmed over phone that there was a cook who would cook dinner and morning breakfast for us. I had guests whom i wanted to taste authentic oriya food but the dinner was tasteless and the cook refused to cook breakfast at 8:30 in the morning although he had told he will cook. I had lot of problems in managing that. Booking ahotel is by far better, atleast u don't hv to ask for water, plates etc and comfort is more

Thank you so much for your kind interest towards our Home stay food. We never refuse to provide food to our esteemed guests. That particular day my caretaker went sick from afternoon onwards but he tried his best to provide you with dinner. Thank God the dinner was nice as per your comments on that day. And you requested breakfast as my caretaker prepares good food. But we were denied at that time to provide you with breakfast as my caretaker went into a serious health condition. Still you kept on insisting my caretaker to provide you and your group with breakfast in the morning. I communicated with you about this late in the evening and again in the early morning. You brought your own breakfast and used our crockery as per your requirement. It's a home stay of course we have our limitations towards certain services and facilities. I begged your pardon on that day also for this well in advance. Sometimes a human touch is enough for our thankless jobs. I assure you the best of our services on your future visits.

Ms Tapasi, We don't allow bachelor groups and it's not a party place. Also you booked three rooms out of which one room category belongs to separate floors hence you were given rooms accordingly. You didn't complain about anything nor you allowed us to enter inside the 2 bhk common area. The kitchen was not at all in your booking list. We provide kitchen utensils along with crockery for only long staying guests on health grounds not for party purposes. Your rating is probably biased for this. Anyways if you wish to use the kitchen henceforth please mention on special requests.

Please ask for a refund if any to Go -mmt for a last moment change of plan. We can only provide rooms post booking. You changed your mind last moment and said our property was very bad without even entering inside or taking any services. Actually it's frustrating for a home stay.
