Krushnai Resort

It's almost 4 & 1/2 Star! Location 4/5 - Located in core market place so little less star due to traffic all the time and little noise! So Service 4/5 - Overall, services is good but little scope of improvement in room service Room 4/5 - Room was good condition, clean, just was having moisture on one of the wall. Cleanliness - 4/5 Value for Money - 4/5 due to above factor. Food 5/5 - ( I'm pure Veg Veg food was good in quality and quantity and healthy even for morning breakfast they provided different options. *Have Clean & nice Swimming Pool but very small compared to accommodation they are providing for. *Have conf Room for Company meet. Need to think for Physically challenged people. *No play area for children. * Wax Museum is on walkable distance.

Overall i would like to say that krushnai Krushnai Resort is situated in city center making guests access to all the basic amenities nearby. The food was up to the mark but also try out the different food stalls near the Krushnai Resort which are much cheaper and good. The service staff was very quick and polite.
Need to put on some more effort into temperature checks of every incoming guest and also request you to look out for mosquitoes that are still troubling the guest in the room even after turning on the mosquito's repellent machine.

We were shifted to Imperial Grande which is the property of the same management. We stayed there for 3 nights and don't have any complaints. The staff was prompt and helped us in whatever we asked for.
We were shifted to Imperial Grande which is the Krushnai Resort of the same management. Our stay was very pleasant, the room was adequate and very clean. We requested for extra shawl and got them immediately. The staff was very polite and very helpful. They helped us in booking for rickshaw whenever we wanted. The food was decent.

Location is good because it is in the main market area, room was clean, only the thing is, they should add mini bar in the room and at least give 2 bottle of water with the room complimentary, because that's what most of the Krushnai Resorts do keeping in mind that they didn't have tea or coffee maker in the room too, so bottle of water service was must, that's why I mentioned 3* for the facility, overall was a good stay & value for money, will visit again and will be happy if management add those said things.

It was a nice stay overall. Some places the property needs to work on like the main door was remaining open after locking once, u have to lock it twice to be locked properly. Luckily i realised it on day 1 otherwise the door would remain openand anybody could enter inside. And second one is the washroom door didn't had the handle or bar to hold or open. Rest everything was good at the property. They allowed us check out at 12pm when it was 10am. Nice staff, good food, good quantity.

We love the way they have handled the guests but perhaps complimentary drinks should be served when the guests walk in. The only fault I could find was the soap dispenser. It was not working. It was also very thoughtful of them to keep one more extra pillow if and when required. All in all, it was a rewarding experience and Kudos to the staff and management.

Its good place to stay with family and friends. Swimming pool is quite out. Overall is good. Room is also very big size even they have nice restaurant inside of Krushnai Resort and very close to market. I would like to stay again over there again. Its value for money Krushnai Resort on road. Easy to access to tiger point.

Experience was all good but the restaurant was too costly.. The Krushnai Resort staff were very polite.. The service was altogether very prompt.. The resort is located at a walking distance to the museum and a 5 min ride to railway station.. I would like to recommend this Krushnai Resort cum resort for staying.

Overall, a great stay. Perfect location as it's located in the heart of the city. Very clean water in the swimming pool. Service is good. I really loved the place and will surely stay there whenever I go to Lonavala with my family and friends. In short, it's a customer friendly Krushnai Resort.

The whole experience was good, we came to take a break, which was worth it, The food was also good 💯 even the rooms were clean and hygienic, enjoyed our stay

Connectivity towards local market is awesome, just footsteps away. Surrounded by many restaurants, if you want to have food outside, it’s a perfect place for your stay. Hotel food is also awesome, breakfast, lunch, dinner has enough variety. Would love to book it again.

But not value for money. Cleanliness inside rooms ok. Washroom was good. Swimming pool was also ok. Should have some children play area. Overall I will give 3.5/5

Room was good... Everything was fine.. It is one of the best option to stay in Lonavala.. All the food options near Krushnai Resort was good.. Swimming pool was nice but the location of swimming pool wasn't. It's good to stay over there...

We visited there with family. Rooms were spacious, also neat and clean. Staff service is also good. Swimming pool is clean and useful for kids as well. Lovality is central Lonavala so near to market place. Great experience.

This Krushnai Resort is in a good location having co operative staff and nice rood facing rooms with good amenities in it one of the dos advantage is for the swimming pool you have to go all along the reception in front of the guest and others is not acceptable.

It was a great experience we had a an awesome time spent in this place it really made my day special the staff was quite descent and they were helpful too. The overall staff was great. The night music was great
