Good Clean Room, Well served by the staff. Special mention of the Manager Mr. Nilesh, very friendly person, who is always cheerful and ever ready to assist you. Was a bit disappointed with the complementary breakfast. Their restaurant, which is supposed to be under renovation wasn't really seen. I have may doubts about the in-house restaurant being there at all. Had to drive for about 7-10 kms every day twice for food. An in-house restaurant will certainly be a big plus.

The room was spacious for two people. The furniture was adequate. They had a problem with hot water. I was told that it would be resolved within an hour & it was. The staff is polite and courteous. Good stay near the highway and close to all the happening areas of Baner and Balewadi. Clean and spacious room and courteous staff. Although I couldn't figure out the switch for the geyser due to which I had to shower with cold water. They had too many switches and the were interconnected.

There was a plumbing issue in the washroom of the room assigned to us when we brought up this issue with the staff it was immediately taken care of and we were given a different room. Staff is very cooperative it was a comfortable stay
