Worst maintanence, outside food not allowed. All amenities with full of dust and even beds sheets are full of stains.

1)room is dusty. Room service phone is not working

Not good staff. They are not professional

My booking was done dulex room along with breakfast aingle occupancy. But unfortunately the hotel staff denied to provide breakfast to me even after showing the booking confirmation recipient.

Rooms are not maintained neatly. This is my 3rd such bad experience here. You don't get hot water here.

It's located in the main junction, but the maintenance of the hotel was very poor, no bacic hygiene and no basic facilities provided. I am based out of chennai working in different location, came here for official work where my address proof is in chennai but the receptionist refused to provide me the accommodation stating no rooms for local address inspite of pre-booking the rooms.

Very worst hotel i never see this type of poor maintenance hotel.

Room was spacious but have old furniture, does not provide tea bags, shampoo, handwash. But i forgot something in the cupboard which they returns me promptly.

Decent place, rooms are okayish & there is no security so safety wise a bit low

Nice location and great yummy breakfast. Overall good experience for a business trip. The staff is supportive. Rooms are near and clean. Location is a plus point, all the major spots are nearby like koyambedu bus stand, vr mall and etc. They served a packed breakfast from hotel sangeetha which was very tasty.

Poor responded by staff, even they have denied to provide dental & saving on next day. I have asked water bottle, same had after one hour.

Ac is not working and worst maintenance. Not at all worth for money. They are maintaining like a 3rd grade lodge.

I had a booking on this property and because of my flights and travel i got late for my meeting so i went directly to my work. By the time i reached the property, it was late at night. Instead of giving me my room, the staff started misbehaving with me. At night 3 am they were having an argument with me and refusing to give the room and it took more than 1 hr to get the room. Being in the hospitality industry, this is not what is expected from them. The property doesn't even provide towels and comforters. It was my mistake to book in this hotel

Good food amenities and services. Excellent staff, excellent location, excellent public transportation

It was not a deluxe room it was not maintained as per the ratings. Rooms required renovations.

Room was clean and they provide food on order overall experience was good. Hotel staff helped on every call for required things.
