KSTDC Hotel Mayura Durg

We had booked an 8 bed non-ac room for 3 of us as it was the only room available in xmas week, for 4k. Overall satisfied with the deal. The location of KSTDC Hotel Mayura Durg is ideal as it's walkable distance to chitradurga fort and not far from the bangalore - pune highway. The campus is quite nice, with greenery and pathways inside the property, making it quite peaceful. Coming to the room, ours was huge like a hall with 8 individual beds in ok condition. Mattress was springy and lumpy but could sleep well. A dresser and a desk is the only other furniture in room - no wardrobe, we just used the empty beds for keeping our clothes and other items ! bath area, toilet and washbasin are separate. Bathroom had a geyser which was not connected to shower mixer but just had a tap, so to bathe in warm water only option is to use bucket. A large balcony was attached to room, at ground level. The windows had no mesh, so for ventilation we had to keep one window open at night, thankfully no mosquitos or insects came inside. There were 4 lizards on the room walls, and a dead one squished between the toilet door and frame ! food was ok in the restaurant, and for the price it was a steal. During morning there was no water from the taps for around an hour. Towels were given to us only an hour after check-in

location is excellent, Food is decent, Amenities are reasonable. Service was excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sridevi and Chef Mistra helped us in serving us best delicious food. Shrilaxmi ( Manager) and other staff went even to extent of sending us parcel left behind in the room.

I had booked a family room which could accommodate 8 guests in a room. my stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Right from the check-in to check-out, everything was a hassle free. The rooms were well maintained and even the food was good. No complaints regarding my stay.

Location perfect, rooms neat and clean, provided all essentials, hot water 24 hrs, breakfast, food tasty, surrounding beautiful. Staff polite and helpful, very good for family

Clean and large rooms. Bathrooms and toiletries were nice. Staff is also very nice and did room delivery for freshly cooked meals and breakfast.

Stayed one day for official work. The ambience was great and the location was just near chitradurga fort. Had a nice stay

Property location was good. Only thing i felt was pillow and bed lining was not clean. Carry your own bed spread
