Overall good just little amenities like heater. Bed was little uncomfortable. Food is average. But it was good stay for 1 day.

Excellent stay, enjoyed the whole atmosphere and the staff was very helpful throughout the stay. Hustle free check-in, hot water availability is there. Restaurant is within the premises.

Its terrible Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos shown on MMT. Rooms were dirty, washroom was poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the price. MMT really needs to review such properties before listing them.

It was completly a good experience near by restaurants and other utilities great staffs and very hygienic rooms and completly cleans washrooms and a good balcony view

There was an issue in food, no proper veg food available and morning breakfast was very poor.

It was a pleasant stay at Nandi hills Gandhi Nialaya.Food was good at mayura and reasanable. it was very foggy and cold at night and you can walk with peace in nandi hills without crowd in the evenings. And i feel mornings at nandi is over hyped you have to go there and experience the evenings. Would recommend the stay there but dont expect too much luxury as it is a govt managed property. But worth the price. (Even you get Beer/liqr at bar rate😂🤪)

Stayed in: Sunrise View Room We recently stayed at the KSTDC Mayura Pine Top Hotel, Nandi Hills, and had a wonderful experience! We booked the Sunrise View Room, and it truly lived up to its name. There are only a few such rooms (around 5, I think), and we got the 4th one — it was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise. 🌄 The service was top-notch — staff were extremely cooperative, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The bathrooms were neat and clean, and overall maintenance was excellent. Though the rooms are on the expensive side, I’d say the service and the stunning view made it totally worth the price. We were offered complimentary breakfast, but unfortunately, we had to skip it as we were short on time exploring the hills. We did have dinner at the in-house restaurant, which is located just above the Sunrise View Rooms. The food was just okay-ish, nothing too great, but since it’s the only available option up there, it’s manageable. One thing I really appreciated was the staff’s attitude during checkout. We checked out at around 10:45 p.m. the next day, and they were completely cool about it — no rushing, no fuss. Really kind and understanding! If you’re coming by public transport from Bengaluru, you can take a bus from Majestic to Chikkaballapur, and from there, catch another bus to Nandi Hills. Once you reach the base, KSTDC runs shuttle buses that go up to the top near the reception area. The ride costs only ₹4.25 per person, and buses operate in a circular pattern — one going up while another comes down, making it convenient to move around. Overall, it was a great stay and a memorable trip. Nandi Hills itself is calm, quiet, and perfect for families, couples, or even solo travelers looking for a peaceful getaway. 🌿 Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay overnight at Nandi Hills!

the bed they provided is very uncomfortable, they attached two single bed to look like double bed and rest everything is fine

The stay was good however basic ceiling fan would have been nice. Food not up to the standard but you can carry your own food and staff there can help you with crockery

Management is careless esle place is really good. Government can make it better and rooms really need maintenance.

The room was good, just what a solo traveller needs. The only thing that was missing was a towel. Other than that everything was good.

Location is excellent as it is on top of the hill. However, the maintenance of the property is not great the services are not at par with the price charged. There is a lack of professionalism in the staff and a don’t-care attitude.

The rooms had very bad odour so was very difficult in night to sleep with that smell. The sofa kept also was quit dirty and no kettle in room . In night you can’t have any tea/coffee or hot water as restaurant close by 9
