The property is situated amidst serene atmosphere with walking distance to Yagachi Dam and just a Km drive to backwaters of River Yagachi which has water sports like speed boat, Banana ride etc. It has huge parking space, located amidst beautiful nature, very good amenities, food and services.

This property is located in Belur, near Yagachi reservoir. Location wise it's good, it's right on the highway so great connectivity. You can visit places like Chikmagalur, Halebeedu, Belur, Haasan and Sakaleshpura from here. The property is quite big and spacious but not well maintained. They're operating with a limited staff. Rooms are old fashioned without much facilities. Staff were courteous and well behaved. They have inhouse restaurant with a good menu. Overall a decent stay at this price range.

Bed sheet and blanket cover were not pure white. But on my comment,both were changed. Hair drier and bath sleeper were not available in the room. But staff were cooperative with polite behaviour.
