KTDC Nandanam

This is a value for money KTDC Nandanam. Located about 600 odd meters from guruvayoor temple. The checkin is at 3 pm. We were given a room at our arrival time of 12 pm. We were told that this is not a norm though. The room was old, but clean. Linen was clean enough. Ac, tv, geyser etc were in working condition. The restaurant of the KTDC Nandanam is about 20 meters from the building with the rooms. We only had the complimentary breakfast there. The breakfast was fine. The KTDC Nandanam is right next to the entrance to railway station, but one cannot hear the train noise. The place does not have the bustle of a typical railway station area. Inf-act there is a parthasarathi temple on the road to the railway station. Maybe the most peaceful railway station setting i have ever seen. A new block seems to be coming up next to the old block and looks modern. Would recommend it for a darshan stay near the temple.

We stayed there in KTDC Nandanam nandanam for one day during our guruvayoor temple visit in october 2023. This property is very apt for those going to guruvayoor in train. It is only few metres away from the railway station. The property looks very old and the surrounding are not maintained well. However, inside the KTDC Nandanam, you will not feel it. Rooms and very clean and tidy. Hotel staff are very sincere, polite and helpful. Restaurant is 20-30 meters away from the KTDC Nandanam building. We have taken breakfast and lunch from the restaurant and the quality of food is found to be good. Overall, it is a good property for one day stay at guruvayoor.

Very good reception. Polite and obedient staff. Rooms are nee t and comfortable. Transportation was arranged immediately on request. The restaurant restaurant the buy ktdc keeps good quality of food, very good ambience, very good service buffet system is available in the restaurant. Hot water is available in rooms. The only problem which i faced was difficult in identifying the entrance of the property, because some maintenance work in progress. Otherwise, i feel it excellent. Thanks.

We reached the premises at 5:00 pm and the checkin process was smooth. There is adequate car parking. The KTDC Nandanam is adjacent to railway station and 5 minute walk to guruvayur temple. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Restaurant is quite good and food is tasty. Breakfast is included in the reservation. Building is undergoing renovation and there is some minor inconvenience. Rooms are decent, toilet is clean and hot water available. Overall a pleasant stay.

The property is located near to temple. They have ample parking facility with round the clock security. The room we stayed were properly cleaned and kept in neat and clean condition. Pillows were a little hard, providing soft pillows may be reviewed by management. The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant available and provided reasonably good and services. It was my second stay in nandanam. I will opt for it in future also.

The KTDC Nandanam is located in a prime location in guruvayoor, not very far from the temple. The staff are friendly, and service rendered are satisfactory. The complementary breakfast served had a choice and was good. Good parking facilities. The only problem i found was the approach road to the KTDC Nandanam. The construction work that is going on adjacent to the KTDC Nandanam is creating obstruction to its approach.

We had a good stay at nandanam. Room ( premium) was fine for the price. The breakfast at the restaurant was nice. The staff have been quite courteous and helpful. The KTDC Nandanam is located at 10-15 minutes walk from the temple but roads are well laid and with tiled walkway. The exterior of the KTDC Nandanam and the approach road inside the compound were poorly maintained and could be improved.

If a person who is going alone and staying for 1 night then ktdc nandanam is perfect. As from the pics from the google, we feel little sad by watching it personally as the building had crossed 40 years so don't expect a 3 or 4 kind star of facility. But as i said, for 1 nigh stay, this is more than sufficient

Nice place to stay. We reached here at 12. 00 pm booking slot allotted from 3. 00pm onward s but the staff helped us to check-in on that 12. 00 pm time itself, very supporting staffs.

Clean rooms. Helping nature staff. Location nearby to temple. Authentic kerala style breakfast

Property is well maintained and near the temple at walkable distance. Just a caution about mosquitos

Hi, We stayed at Nandanam KTDC Nandanam for one night with family as we had come for Guruvayoor Darshan. Rooms are nice and tidy. Spacious as well for a family with kids. Washrooms are clean and hot water available when needed. Staff is polite and courteous. 4 out of 5 frok my side. 🙏🏻

Helpful staff. And well maintained room. Nice and calm atmosphere. Railway station and guruvayoor temple at walkable distance.

The room was clean and neat and a very gud stay for me. But the worst part is the complimentary breakfast, other than that the KTDC Nandanam is good

Though the building is bit old, the rooms were maintained clean & tidy. Very helpful staff. The KTDC Nandanam is about 500 meters from guruvayoor temple east nada and has ample parking space. There is a decent in-house restaurant as well.
