KTDC Pepper Grove

We had been to Wayanad for 3 days and choose pepper grove because of it's location and the gardens. The view and location vice the KTDC Pepper Grove is good and the rooms are also very neat and calm. But the food and the room service are too bad. The intercom service is out of order and they are lacking staff so if we want to have a tea or something we have to go to the restaurant and for each and everything we have to go there. And the chinese food was also not that good. The Kerala food was OK. Other than these two cons it's good.

Book KTDC Pepper Groves DIRECTLY not online through Makemytrip/Cleartrip sites. Hotel is good and neat. Money is worth for the performance of the Hotel. Location also good. Try to book this KTDC Pepper Grove DIRECTLY since I have booked through Make My Trip at a cost of Rs. 9208/- whereas if I have booked directly, it will cost only Rs. 8238/- only. I have a loss of Rs. 1000/- through online booking. Friends, please book DIRECTLY to any Hotel, Guest House, Flight or Train bookings. It is my sincere advise to all.

Good is room it was lovely stay. Makemytrip was very helpful in providing support and review the room was clean and service was good. Could do better on price range. Was slightly expensive. Location was good and view was excellent. Pepper Grove is a good KTDC Pepper Grove to stay in. I'll surely recommend my friends to use makemytrip. The application UI is very clean and the photos of the room were not fake. All in all I'll consider this a good experience and I'll continue to use this app.

This KTDC Pepper Grove has big room, big beds almost double beds as compare to other KTDC Pepper Groves. 2 adult and 2 children sleep comfortably without extra bed. This KTDC Pepper Grove has children play area, badminton, cycling for adult as well as for children, carrom, chess and free wi-fi. This KTDC Pepper Grove has limited food items but they cook fresh. Enjoyed 3 nights here with family. Jogging walking and green grass and plant makes it even above other KTDC Pepper Groves.

Very well maintained and clean resort. The food was really delicious. The best part of staying there is their hospitality, which was awesome, specially the manager sinjith, who accommodates every request to his full capacity with a big smile. You will get food delivered to your room and the manager can make arrangements for taxis for sightseeing. Overall a very good experience staying there. Will recommend this resort strongly.

Pepper Grove is tucked away in a small lane of Sultan Bathery. It's very central to your key viewpoints and Kalpetta. If you're a lone traveler, couple or with family - it's quiet and quaint place to stay [especially if you're looking for positive silence from the hustle bustle]. Pros: Cleanliness: 5/5. Accessibility: 4/5. Staff: 5/5. Value for Money: 5/5. Happiness Factor: 4/5. Cons: Restaurant: 1/5 [It was shut all the time].

Location - very near to Bathery town. Cleanliness - rooms were so neat. Won't prefer next time as the staff service was poor. We stayed in Bathery was to visit the Muthanga wild life sanctuary but we have not seen a single animal in the sanctuary. Best option is to take a trip from Bathery to Mysore around 50 km trip and you will see lot of animals in the route. Also, the flower gardens in Mysore is along this route.

Likes spacious property, ample parking, breakfast was okay, carrom board was there. Front desk person did suggest where we can order dinner from. Dislikes no proper signboards in the main road dinner had to pre-ordered before 6pm, but this was never intimated. No lifts to first floor no water bottle in the room dental kit was not available poor service attitude no spring bed and was not comfortable

We like this KTDC Pepper Grove very much and will leave this KTDC Pepper Grove next year good service, good rum, good food, thank you

it was a great experience at ktdc pepper grove. they arranged neat and tidy bedrooms and bathrooms. we played carroms and chess. they arranged delicious dinner and tasty breakfast. it is the one of best resorts in wayanad. please send the mail id of oyo. we have no comfortable stay at oyo home 78468 exotic stay home clements holiday home 2bhk in wayanad on 07-jul-2022,

Very Nice, clean, good hospitality by staff, good location. Overall had a Nice stay. Complimentary breakfast was provided. The taste and preparation were good. The Reception staff fulfil the obligation of guiding and arranging sight seeing packages by fixing the cabs according to our budget.

The location was good, away from the crowd of Battery town. The breakfast with only two local varieties is a drawback. There is no running kitchen and food has to be ordered in advance and it was not great.

Location was good. The service and reception was also very good. Room is not bad either but only thing I noticed is that room were smelling with some strange odor but it solved after some time. Needs to improve facilities for activities like, camp firing, some fun games and activities etc.

Hotel staff was really good and timely delivery of requisites. Location is good. Food was OK-neither too salty or too spicy -at Par. They helped to arrange for cabs and taxi on lower rates. Sultan Bathery Main Market is nearby and Bus Stop are near so no problem in boarding.

The property is well maintained and the rooms also are clean and spank y the complimentary breakfast also was good.

Overall a good experience in KTDC Pepper Grove. Well maintained, clean and friendly staff. Certainly, you can book this KTDC Pepper Grove if you are planning for Wayanad. Its located in Sultan Bathery.

Excellent property by Kerala Government. It was more than our expectation. We never thought that Government can maintain such a beautiful property. Value for money and food was amazing. Staff are cooperative and kids zone is well-maintained. It was our wow stay there.

This is a basic property. Do not expect much. It serves its purpose for a stay without any razzmatazz. There is no 24/7 kitchen inside the KTDC Pepper Grove and they serve food ordered till early evening, so bear that in mind. The children park is decent, for the kids to jump around.
