Night manager was really helpful and guided us accurately.

The kitchen was working with standby and main Cook has to leave on emergency.They offered same dish for three times.The management has to address this issue on proactive basis in order to make the guests comfortable .

They had given room to third party, before we had reached. They offer dormettory for us. Instead of delux room booked by us

Stay was good. Good for who planning to visit thirunelly temple. There was no proper plugs to charge the phones as it is a basic requirement. I don’t have any photos

Stay was good but there was not electric kettle and coffee/ tea pouches for the morning tea which is basic! they should provide that. Otherwise good staff and safe environment.

The location of the hotel is in a serene atmosphere with almost 800 m to the temple. The staffs were very welcoming and cooperative. Rooms were hygienic and served food was also good.

Stay is comfortable. Behavior of the staff is cordial and good. Food and supply is good. Emenities provided is worth with the amount spent.

Property location is really good even though the approach road is bad. Fromt desk and kitchen service was very good. They made food as per our requirement and also arranged auto dor temple visot. Room. Cleanliness is not upto mark

Value for money stay near the thirunelly temple. Had low expectations seeing the photographs. But they seem to have upgraded their infra a bit, especially, the tvs and mattresses.

Staff behavior was excellent, even though the building is old, it was kept clean. Restaurant was also good.

An average sleepy hotel, not maintained properly. No tea/ coffee arrangement, No room service . No internet/ Wifi connection in the room and No mobile coverage ! No intercom/ telephone etc . Generally 😢

It is a very decent property, but not maintained properly. Good bed, bedsheets and pillows. But room not painted, switches and taps very old. Flooring has to be changed. Furniture either paint or polish it well. We stayed in this property years back and we expected the same condition but we disappointed. Very good staff, good behavior and very positive attitude. We liked this property and we will come here again.

Friendly and cooperative staff. They helped me with early check in. This is a budget hotel with spacious rooms, which is located very near to thirunelly temple. Hotel staffs helped us for night safari, which was awesome. We spotted elephants and indian gaur.
