This deliberate review and explanation as follows.This Guest name Respected Indu puriIndu puri Stay at Kulswami Cottage Alibag for 3 nights.We Clean Room Provided also at check in. We Provide to All Guest Fully cleaned Rooms and clean wash bedsheet with all mentioned Amenities at good condition She want room cleaning every day. KULSWAMI COTTAGE ALWAYS RESPECTFULL BEHAVIOUR TO LADIES and Gents. Be Respectful to ladiesThis Guest is first time seeing our hotel lady very rude behaviour. She didn't talk with silence i also explained MMT Guildlines and Rules for cleaning service. Cleaning service is not offer by hotel with free. We also share our cleaning Rates. She denied to payable cleaning.She also said to customer care Mmt officer hotel charged about cleaning fees and we explained to customer care executive WE DIDNT CHARGE FROM GUEST FOR CLEANING FEE BECAUSE WE ARE NOT CLEAN ROOM. Our first guest who telling bad review content. You personally very chipper man. No order food in 48 hours. No money accepted from you. Our dogs are only bark. Our food quality is best n who order it we are giving to them. Samir mengane you lie person because you said at reach the hotel i booked ac room but you gave me non ac.

Cottage was good. The owner service was excellent. Home made food was nice. Only issue is that there is no hotels or travelling. If any1 interested for calm and without noice place then this is best place.

The food was good at this hotel. Varsoli beach is close. The staff is friendly. Only the problem is, it's located to much inside. It's a bit difficult to find this place for the first-timer.
