My recent stay at Kumar Resort exceeded all expectations, setting a new standard for hospitality and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff, who ensured a seamless check-in process. The resort's ambiance is simply breathtaking, nestled amidst lush greenery with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Accommodations at Kumar Resort are nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, offering all modern amenities one could wish for. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep each night, and the panoramic windows provided a picturesque backdrop to wake up to every morning. The dining experience at Kumar Resort was equally exceptional. The on-site restaurant served a delightful array of dishes, expertly prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Each meal was a culinary delight, accompanied by impeccable service and a charming atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's recreational facilities. Whether lounging by the sparkling pool, rain dance and water park, or exploring the nearby attractions recommended by the knowledgeable staff, there was never a dull moment. What truly sets Kumar Resort apart, however, is its commitment to guest satisfaction. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. Their genuine warmth and professionalism made me feel truly valued as a guest. In conclusion, Kumar Resort is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination in itself, where luxury meets tranquility.

We reached at 12:30, checkin is at 12 but at 12:30 also rooms were not ready. This is the first thing a guest is looking for. Next the food was ordered which took a long time to deliver. Once again you can't take an hr to serve food. Room ac was not working correctly, after multiple requests a person came to inspect. Tea was ordered for 4 persons, but only 2 cup were in the kettle, when asked what happened, receptionist apologized and informed will send the remaining 2 cups. Which didn't arrive. At the play lounge electric ity used to be going on and off, and coins which were placed playing were not refunded. Sort your electric ity supply lastly at checkout, bills which were already paid were added to the checkout amount. Please sort out the problems

Pros: 1. Excellent breakfast. Buffet veg with good quality food and options. 2. Water park rides are amazing. 3. I stayed in deluxe room and got balcony to enjoy the outside view. 4. Game zone available with pay and use. Cons: 1. Indoor activities not available. 2. No access to swimming pool after 5. 30 as waterpark closes. 3. Adventure activities shown but not available. 4. No safety while using dashing car. 5. Some of area stinks with nonveg food.

Property is very good, specifically new building which is constructed. Resort us also good. Good stay for family also. Food is also good. You can include both breakfast and lunch or dinner. Cleanness is also fine. I was in new building room. So room was very beautiful, neat n clean. Only there was quit rush while doing check in which need to be update. It took me almost half n hour to check in. Rest all was good stay.

A super fun pool attached to the Kumar Resort along with an amazing play zone makes this super duper fun for those coming with kids. Rooms are well done. Just the management should focus on cleaning up the same. Severe cleaning needed. Avoid room 206 till better done. Rest other rooms are super comfortable and clean. Extremely homely staff. Sweet and helpful. Fabulous stay with the most convenient location.

Location is in citu centre market place breakfast spread average advantage of having water sports. Excellent housekeeping service average. There were cockroaches in room property needs cleanliness reception : don't expect much were in tremendous work stress and you have to pleaded for everything. Very rude at times rating 6/10 not worth of more than range between 3. 5 to 4 k including breakfast

Was nice stay. Rooms were clean. Though rate was expensive, maybe because of saturday - sunday! water park was decent and fun. Staff were co-operative. We booked including breakfast and dinner. But dinner (they say it's complimentary even after paying extra money) was limited menu and not served in room. So it's better not to opt dinner inclusive. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Kumar resort is a nice place to stay. Our check-in was on sunday, so it took some time at the reception. But after that it was smooth. Had booked super deluxe rooms. Rooms were very neat and clean. Service is prompt. Food is excellent. The only problem i found is the game zone is too costly. Further more than half the games are not functional. So kids get bored.

Good experience with booking but issues with rooms cause there was only one lavatory for 7 people n electricity problems

This Kumar Resort is located at a proper location of the lonavala town beside the highway. Each and every important shop, resturants, bars are nearby to this Kumar Resort. Hotel room was very clean and room service was very prompt. Only the traffic beside the entry gate was very annoying. I will rate it as 4. 5 out of 5.

Location is good road touch property

Room was excellent, had good time at water park, food was good, room service need some improvement. Hot water issue and no lights in balcony, complaint about same on the first day but not fixed till checkout after 2 days.

Hotel staff was good, location was good and hygiene was also maintained in the Kumar Resort.

The property is under renovation, we had booked deluxe suite which was quite nice. We had opted for breakfast and dinner but they don't have buffet options they just guide u to their restaurants and hand over a separate menu from which we have to order.

Kumar resort is location right in centre of lonavala. It has water park and gaming zone for kids to enjoy al throughout the day. Rooms are good, with excellent staff alway ready to take care of all your needs. Gazebo restaurant services best dinning experience.

Free entry to water park along with booking. Overall, a great place to stay for short weekend with friends and family.
