Very poor service and tent quality

The family cottage tent had basic facilities - bed and attached toilet. The tent was basically a straw hut covered with cloth. So, it was good for keeping warm in night, and being cool in afternoon sunlight. However, because of the structure, the door could not be closed completely, so ladies might find it inconvenient.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the tent but no mosquito repellent. Restroom doors were difficult to lock from inside and in western restrooms there wasn’t enough water / force to hand shower. Bathroom was an open space with 4 curtains under open sky - it was not at all comfortable for the ladies to take a bath. Also, in the current cold weather there was no hot water provided for bathing. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited this accommodation with Family, the location is very remote but Breathtaking. Though the rooms smell funny but are comfortable and cozy. Out and out a good Experience.

The tent was good, 4 beds were there with capacity for 6 people. The attached bathroom was clean with running tap water and western style toilet. they provide a kettle too for warm water for bath and to make anything like tea if you want. within the cottage area, a dhaba is also there which provides poha and chai as complimentary breakfast. Thali during lunch and dinner at a reasonable price and also it's unlimited. the view of ganga was excellent, with ganga arti in the evening and there is a Radhe Krishna mandir nearby. Water bottles are also available at dhaba with payment. the owner was courteous, on asking to change our tent, he immediately changed it. The issue is the location. The best way to locate is nageswar ghat. then better call the owner for the correct path. also, sangam is 8 km away from the location, you have to take bike taxis to reach there. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Location is great but food could be better break fast not good staff not professional scope for improvement

Review: actually the stay was booked for 3 people in a independent or separate tent. Bit we were put up in a shared 10 bed tent. Toilet was terrible horrible. There was issue with running water. The bathroom was common for more than 30-40 people and the bathroom had no door but a cotton cloth attached as door. Toilet was terrible horrible and no proper water supply. Bed were infested with bed bugs. No breakfast was served inspute booking from mmt with complimentary breakfast.

This was the worst experience i had with mmt. Your staff is more interested in business partner relation rather than customer. Did not stayed in the property and your staff did not provided any alternative. Worst property and worst and useless staff

We hardly stayed for 2 to 3 hours. However the tent was clean. Bathroom was Also clean. Staff was co-operative. River is just 50mtr away. Triveni sangam is approx 7 km.

Service and stay was not hyzenic

My experience in kumbh riverfront premium cottages is very bad. Toilets are un hygienic, beds are not properly cleaned, room staff service are not proper.
