Aaret Bagh Resort & spa, Kumbhalgarh

The staff rude one. Specially the room service boy will make you feel so uncomfortable. And every one there will never smile they will see you in anger as we are staying in free. So rude staff I have never seen in my whole life. The property is good but the staff are very poor. Only the gate man is nice. Except him every one there is so irritating they just don't want to work they are working forcefully. If you want to be in depression it is perfect place. The guy at reception is always ready to make you discomfort and upset. If this Aaret Bagh Resort & spa, Kumbhalgarh gets a better staff. May be it will be the most popular Aaret Bagh Resort & spa, Kumbhalgarh of Kumbhalgarh. Now if we talk about food, don't ever think to have food there. Worst service, no tandoor. Specially the checkout time 10.00 am straight away the manager told, 5 min mai room khali karo. Whole Aaret Bagh Resort & spa, Kumbhalgarh is empty. I told him sir whole Aaret Bagh Resort & spa, Kumbhalgarh is empty only and if the guest come they will come by 12.00 we just need 30 minutes more. Uff headache. Dont go to this place and if you go don't come across this staff. If the owner sees my message. Sir you have got the best property in Kumbhalgarh, please change your staff the manager at reception and the boy room service. They are spoiling the entire stay.

We were 3 families and booked 3 rooms, rooms are spacious and good, all rooms were booked and hence the service was somewhat compromised. Overall had a very good experience. Property is well maintained for the price we pay it's very good deal. Since Kumbalgrah has only one fort to visit its very critical to have good room along with recreation activity and this resort had it all for family outing. Breakfast was good.

Kumbhalgarh Valley Resort is one of the best resort at every angle like best location, best Service, Best Staff, immediate Service Response, Perfect Quality and Tasty Food, Clean and hygienic rooms, Clean Pool, Fast Check ins and outs, Perfectly Big and spacious room of 450 Square Feet Carpet area as they promised. Good for family stays. Its safe and with Mountain and valley views. My free advice that Don’t miss it

OK just OK. Overall new resort and design etc was very nice. But lacking a bit in maintenance.
Swimming pool water was green. Open gutter near swimming pool. With obnoxious smell. Staff very nice. Resort surrounding area was not maintained as bottles, plastic scrap was thrown in and around. No mobile or Internet as Jio idea were not working. No WiFi in Aaret Bagh Resort & spa, Kumbhalgarh. Food was just OK.

It was great stay, resort is clean and when managed by raghav, was a little disappointed earlier due to frequent power cut because of some problems in the main line in the forest, but it was well managed by raghav, he made sure we are safe and comfortable by keeping the generator on throughout the time, good food & great location. On top of all, thank you to raghav and make my trip to make our stay comfortable.

Excellent property. Nice location and very good hygiene maintained. All staff are very polite and eager to serve. Only problem is the way to reach at Aaret Bagh Resort & spa, Kumbhalgarh. The way from where you reach at Aaret Bagh Resort & spa, Kumbhalgarh is very terrible at night as there is no lights provided on the road and if you have not your own vehicle, you can't imagine to reach at property.

Very very peaceful location, with all necessary amenities, food quality very good and reasonable rates very humble staff, rooms very spacious with superb balcony valley view can sit whole evening, power backup with good parking space, swimming pool, garden, either alone or couple, group family, everything awesome about this place

We stayed their during 6th to 8th november 2022. We had very plea-sent stay. Location is very nice & view was fabulous. Rooms are very spacious, clean. Staff are cooperative, room service are good, food was good. Overall we had nice experience. Only one suggestion if possible include some outdoor activities for kids in lawn.
