Fulfilling stay with lots of sweet memories – 10 Stars out of 5 :) Words cannot express the kind of experience we had in this place. One thing that distinguished Kuruva Island resort and spa from the rest of the 5-star resorts we stayed is the amazing hospitality that is on offer. Every staff in this resort is so friendly, always with a smile and ready to help you for anything you need. They work so passionately, and make you feel that you are part of their extended family and not a guest. We made so many friends - Anoop – as someone rightly put it is the gem of this resort. He took us for the village and the paddy fields tour which was just mind blowing. He also shared so many of his personal experiences in the jungle. His jeep driving skills is ammaaazzzing !! :) Vishnu – the singer and guitarist was truly awesome... he sang some beautiful Hindi, Tamil and English songs for us…. Another Vishnu – who took us for the night safari – had so much knowledge and was able to give us a glimpse of the wild animals, ensuring that we were all at a safe distance and weren’t disturbing the animal’s privacy. Ratheesh and team in the front desk who ensured smooth check-in / check-out and the banquets team who ensured that the food was super sumptuous. I might have missed a few names, but believe me, every single one, including the care taker of rabbits and the gardeners were just amazing people We did Night safari, River walk, a trip to Wayanad (Banasura dam, tea estate etc) and the paddy field visit with Anoop – all of these were fantastic and 2 days just flew so fast. I wish I had more time to spend as it is so refreshing to sit in one of the rocks with Kabini river water flowing through your legs and listening to the birds cooing... All in all, we had a lovely, comfortable and a memorable stay at Kuruva islands Resort and Spa. I would strongly recommend anyone going to Wayanad to visit this place at least once… Thanks once again to the entire team of Kuruva Island Resort & Spa. We have already started planning for the next trip there, with a bigger gang !

It was an unforgettable stay at kuruva island resort. We booked two premium family rooms and one executive suite room. Both were quiet spacious, with lovely balconies and super clean. We enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast, and the food was very delicious. We had north indian, chinese and fresh juices, all of them were excellent. The paneer chilly was a standout dish - kudos to the chef! regarding amenities, there's a small swimming pool that can accommodate 5-6 people and a kiddie pool for 3-4, indoor games include fuseball, archery, carom, badminton court, pool board, and children's play area. Everything is well maintained. As for hospitality, it was exceptional. It was just like the services you'd get at the taj - top-notch. The staff, from the security guard to the receptionists to the jeep drivers, were all very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and i highly recommend it. The resort is just a 5 minute drive to kuruva island and a 40 minute drive to the nagarhole safari. We're looking forward to staying again in the winter.

We recently had a fantastic stay at kuruva island resort. The location was perfect, offering access to kabini river tributaries. The resort itself had a wonderful ambience, with lush gardens, a small private tranquil pool. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a delicious spread of a combination of western and indian food. Our room was comfortable and inviting, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. But the star of the show was definitely our private pool. We spent countless hours splashing around and having fun in our own little oasis. It was the perfect way to cool off and enjoy some quality time together. In the night safari we witnessed elephants, wild boar, deers, peacocks, bison. The beauty of the resort was, one will feel very close to nature while their stay. The service was courteous, punctual, pleasant. We loved the way anup shown us around the property. Every member of staff we met was humble. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at kuruva island and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a touch of luxury.

A very pleasant stay, the staff and service was very welcoming and attentive. We stayed in premium suite with jacuzzi, the room was very clean and had all the amenities said in description, the jacuzzi is with heated water and hydrotherapy. Bath in jacuzzi was very stress reliever, gave good relaxation tofu-ll body muscles. In evening we went walk by kabini river, played ping pong, foosball, badminton. There were kids play area, carroms, chess, ludo, and pool table. Night there was campfire with one of the staffs playing guitar and singing, skillful staffs they have. It was very nice stay, we only stayed for one night, but wished to stay for more.

Stay at KURUVA ISLAND RESORTS & SPA was ultimate and memorable. Starting with the welcome drink to jeep ride and Ayurvedic Spa and staff were very friendly it may be Spa therapist, jeep driver, receptionist, waiter or the photographer Vishnu was very humble friendly and kind hearted. I would recommend all the guests to visit this resort atleast once to get relaxed and forget about worries....I loved the memorable 1st anniversary celebrated in the resort with candle light dinner or flower decorarion❤️

We had a great stay at kuruva island resort and spa. The resort is located by the banks of kabini river and is blessed with diverse wildlife. Rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. Food was great, with a lot of customisation options available. Last, but not the least, the staff at the KURUVA ISLAND RESORT & SPA was extremely courteous and helpful. They were very prompt and made sure we have a memorable stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The location was at the banks of river kabini. The staffs are awesome. They upgraded my room without charging extra. And the room had a jacuzzi which was splendid. They are not money minded and very pleasing staffs. Utilised their spa which was fantastic. I'll highly recommend to all. Food is good. Hope to travel again.

Stay was very pleasant and comfortable. They gave us a free upgrade to private pool villa for our stay and the experience was amazing. Suggesting this property for all the categories of guests who are visiting wayanad. Staff were very friendly and made the stay even better with their continuous efforts.

The property was decent and food was very nice. They also cooked baby food on request. But the place can be better with the overall maintainence. Staff is also very good. Just the ambience wise it has scope for improvement.

The property was amazing hospitality was superb all the staff & director himself were so polite & freidnly full of fun, at the edge of the river. Vegetarian food also awesome. Most recommended.

Stay was amazing. Property is well maintained and food options are many. The staff is really helpful and took good care of us. Rooms are spacious and neat.

The resort was beautiful and we'll kept. The staff was attentive, responsive and friendly. Well worth the cost. The only feedback would be to have better vegetarian options. Wayanad should be back on the map as an attractive destination

Very good option for family vacation. There is lot activities for kids. Food is above average. Resort is located near kuruva island very good location.

Nice place to stay with family. Staff is very good and good in door facilities like badminton court. Food is decent and there are nearby attractions to visit. The resort provides jeeps for safari and visit to sunrise points and temples.

Wonderful little place right next to kuruva island. Excellent service levels with a good many spread at reasonable rates. The night safari is highly recommended.
