Kutralam Ezhilagam Hotel

The Kutralam Ezhilagam Kutralam Ezhilagam Hotel offers a unique and affordable accommodation for travelers. It is situated in a quite neighborhood close to the main waterfalls. It's actually an apartment building contrary to the usual Kutralam Ezhilagam Hotel building. I had booked the Mullai room for me and my family. This room is situated on the second floor of the Kutralam Ezhilagam Hotel. The Kutralam Ezhilagam Hotel doesn't provide lift service, so it may cause some difficulties for old people or people with leg pain. Hopefully in future they may rectify this. The room was comfortable enough for three people. The bed could easily accommodate three people. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and big enough. The wardrobe is also spacious. There is a dressing table with a big mirror and nice bright lighting. The TV offers various OTT services and WiFi connection is almost stable. The room has a small balcony attached to it which offers a magnificent and beautiful view of the western ghats. Outside the room there is another balcony which offers a great view of the neighborhood and western ghats. The only two minor drawbacks is the lack of lift service and the constant rattling of bathroom door because of gale from mountain. If a heavier door is attached to the bathroom it will stop rattling. That's all I have to say about my stay at this Hotel.

Smooth communication, well organised room, clean and efficient. I stayed here for two nights and from the time of arrival through checkout it was quite smooth. I stayed at their "ambal" room (named after a flower) which was quite compact so it's ample for solo travelers whose goal is to visit falls

Premises is very neat and tidy and it is well managed. Staff was well courteous and helped whatever way they can. No restaurant in the premise but that was a big deal if you have vehicle. They received the suggestions well. Suitable for families as well.

the staff were friendly and kind... the rooms were okayish but have been maintained well and clean... the washrooms are also good.. and overall it's a pretty good experience🫶🏻

I found this property, the room was very comfortable to stay with family and kids, it was neat and clean, well maintained and the cost was a bit high when i visited non season.

Very quiet and elite property located very close to the main falls. It has some scenic, breathtaking mountain views. Suitable for family and kids. Go for it!
