Poorly maintained hotel at exorbitant pric

2Rooms was in bad shape.No maintenance work done for a long time.Mould inside rooms.No inhouse dining for lunch and dinner.Accessibilty to hotel also difficult. Only soap was provided.Small towels and even bathroom heater not functioning properly. I had to vacate room on 29th itself .Only plus point is view from hotel and caretaker Akhil was helpful

The view from the top was mesmerizing. The room was a bit small to our liking but the view made up for it a lot. the coz bed and bed spread, warm water in the taps, coffee whenever we asked for it made the experience damn good. Definitely recommend for a short stay.

The staff doesn't maintain proper records of booking. This made a delay in checkin. No restaurant available and delay in food service. In sufficient staff to maintain the property.

Very potential property. Maybe good one in the old days but i think due to some reason it may be closed down for some years and now opened. Now the propeerty is not maintained. Room is full of fungus cannot use the cupboard and no toiletries. No television. No hot water. Not recommending this place

It’s just a place on the hill, no mineral water, no oral care kit and place is not maintained. Ne had to ask for a cup of tea and breakfast (no buffet)

hotel will not allow the bachelor and drinks. But that hotel only for those who go for party. Family can't stay there. I just stayed there for 3 hours only. Even the room boy also saying that the bachelors allowed for staying. Kindly verify with the resorts peoples. Very bad staying Rooms also not ready we we go for staying

Not a good experience, a bit of bad experience to reach the hotel ( due to steep roads and hairpin bends. In house service very bad, rooms poorly maintained. Only good thing was that they provided extra bed free of cost

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

To reach there is a bit difficult with family. Also there is no hot water(they had only solar heater. The room is ok ok. Tv in the room was not working. They charged for this kind of facility! no breakfast included in it. Only advantage is the view from the room. But luckily we got a side room so we couldn't able to see the mountain view from the room! totally average!
