The KUWAIT RESIDENCY is situated very near to the railway station and convenient for me, as i was doing a transit via alappuzha and have to spend a night in alappuzha before catching the next train early morning next day. The staff is courteous and well behaving. The rooms though are not very clean. Bedsheets are stained, and towels not clean. Even the tv remote is filthy. Bathroom was very pathetic and dirty; the hand shower, bucket, mug, sink, everything was very dirty and stained. 3 stars, just because of the location convenience and staff behaviour. No

Very good KUWAIT RESIDENCY at a very affordable price. The rooms are very spacey with all the amenities. The staffs are polite and food is just awesome. One more good thing is that it is at a walking distance from alleppy station and alleppy beach. Highly recommended.

I stayed with family for one day in march 2017 and found Kuwait residency very clean and value for money. Hotel is newly built, good air conditioners, good TV, good bathroom and bedroom. Blankets etc are clean and good. Hot water was available in evening but not in morning perhaps because they use solar heaters. Good for non-vegetarians. It is located very near to beach (400 and very near to railway station (300mtrs).

The KUWAIT RESIDENCY is at walking distance from alleppey railway station which makes it the perfect stay if you have arrival or departure in the odd hours. The manager arranged auto for us to go for the city tour. He also can arrange boathouse/ shikara if you want to.

Pleasant stay with prompt support from staff. Rooms were spacious and super clean. If you want to experience Alleppey at it's best then stay at Kuwait Residency. Calm and quiet atmosphere lets you sleep like a baby. I would definitely recommend it.

There are only 2 floors but rooms are very nice but the inconvenience is there is no lift but the service is very good and food is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Totally the KUWAIT RESIDENCY is very good.
