I had a pleasant experience staying at KVK Beach Residency. The location is excellent just infront to the beach and close to Murudeshwar Temple. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff were polite, helpful. great value for money, Ideal for those looking for a peaceful hassle-free beachside stay.

This is not for family stay, it suites only batchelor. No hot water and no maintenance. Power issues also more, fans also not working properly. Finally not suggested for families. This house was handled by irresponsible persons, and not ready to give keys in time and cleaning also worst, families not suggested for this and also car parking worst. We vacated too early due to this.

This hotel is located opposite the beach and the temple is approximately 400 meters away, the hotel is located in a prime location, and the hotel manager is very supportive the room is neat and clean, overall a good experience
