Kwality's Motel Shiraz

I had stayed for a day as part of an official tour. While the rooms are really pretty and nice with a courtyard that deserves praise, the food and the staff attitude is pathetic. The receptionist called me 10 minutes before official checkout time and asked me when will I be vacating. I politely told him il be at the reception in 15 minutes to which he replied "That's not possible. I will give you 10 minutes at max. He could have requested me to hurry up or even told me that there will be a penalty on late checkout but instead chose to communicate a rude response which almost sounded like a threat. We will not be booking any corporate stay or banquet bookings here again. I did happily take my business elsewhere.

I have stayed in almost all Kwality's Motel Shirazs of mp nagar in bhopal but by far, this the best Kwality's Motel Shiraz. Have stayed here for almost 7-8 times in last 1 year. Rooms are nice and airy(never stayed at their cottages)seems newly renovated. Staff is very active and courteous. Earlier they used to serve breakfast in buffet, where lot of delicious options were there. But now, due to covid, they serve breakfast in room. Menu is digital now, food options are nice and elaborate. I would suggest everyone to at least once stay here and you will find it better than most of other Kwality's Motel Shirazs nearby.

Good location, close to some popular eating joints, has mall nearby for any other needs, the rooms were clean, although the balcony doesn't have much privacy since it's not separated from the adjoining room, breakfast is of good value. The fridge was not functional in our room, the iron board had stains on it, so we had to use the room sheets to cover it up and then iron and the iron was very old, a hairdryer in the room would be nice. These could be a few improvements the Kwality's Motel Shiraz could work on given the per night price.

Located in the heart of the city with famous DB mall nearby in MP Nagar. Easy access to all the transport means. Food is good with clean and hygieneically made. Staff is courteous and well behaved. Courtyard facing deluxe double bed room are nice, spacious and newly renovated. Only problem faced was that we wanted to upgrade our plan from CP to MAP which they didn't do as we booked Kwality's Motel Shiraz through MakeMyTrip though my colleague which booked directly from Kwality's Motel Shiraz site were able to do so.

I have stayed in almost every Kwality's Motel Shiraz of Mp Nagar and apart from Marriot, this is by far the best Kwality's Motel Shiraz. There rooms are simply awesome, spacious, very clean, loaded with amenities and well managed. Food is little bit high priced but tastes delicious. If you are a alcohol lover, they have an awesome bar for you. Can enjoy drinks over great music and tasty starters here. Breakfast also has a huge spread of delicacies. Overall the best Kwality's Motel Shiraz in Mp Nagar Bhopal to stay.

Location of Kwality's Motel Shiraz is fantastic. Very much center of MP nagar. Structure is great with gardens. Food is OK. Few things to improve. Room should be kept ready before guest arrival I had to wait to get check in instead of prior information. Mosquito are their, can supply good mosquito repellents. The room one which was allotted to me was in front of marriage garden, where marriage reception was ongoing which was disturbing. Service was good. Overall good place to stay with family.

The Kwality's Motel Shiraz is in heart of City yet takes you out of City among greenery. Executive rooms are best with good garden view where one can relax on easy chairs watching greenery. Garden well kept. There's also a small artificial water body with lots of fishes. Overall gives feeling of tropical forest. Staffs are courteous and service fairly prompt. Breakfast is tasteful, mostly indian menu- limited spread. The bar is nice too. Good for visit with family.

I stayed here for the second time. I have really come to like the place and this will be my place of stay in Bhopal in the times to come. It looks to be a renovated place. The rooms are really nice and I love the small lawn in front and even thought it is public, the lawn feels very private. I liked the breakfast room and also the spread was decent. The Kwality's Motel Shiraz location is also very good.

Wonderful ambiance with some great experience of the Kwality's Motel Shiraz. They should improve on facilities.

I stayed for 05 days on a work trip so mostly used only in night. The property is good but the Kwality's Motel Shiraz team should improve the quality of service( like hospitality at restaurant, quick service, etc.
Points location and budget points lack of hospitality and professionalism.

Location is the best one, didn't try the food except breakfast which needs improvement in quality and menu staff and service were excellent.

Great value for the money charged. The rooms are comparable to any four star chain.

The Kwality's Motel Shiraz is neat and clean. Rooms are top notch. It's much expensive though.
