Pretty good rooms, decent staff and good behavior ! Loved the way they entertained us and make us felt welcoming !

overpriced for the facility provided. breakfast was pathetic and Alacarte menu is limited had to have dinner in a adjacent property. management is totally bad and needs improvement. one good thing is staff are cooperative and they helped in changing room when we told we are not comfortable.

I now this property. room service is waste food very very poor not taste please find good chef i never expect this for kathiravan GM.

Room was spacious, neat and clean. But the fan didn’t work and no proper room service especially in the morning..

Pleasant stay and wonderful hospitality by the team. Special mention to Mr Prashanth and Ms Regina, who catered to our every need. Premium balcony room was clean and luxurious. Overall, had a great stay at La Feliz Palacio.

My stay at the property was really pleasant and beyond my expectations. The location is convenient, the rooms are well-maintained, and the amenities are good. The manager was extremely helpful and ensured we were taken care of throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the breakfast arrangement, as we had to go to their other property about 500m away. Also, whenever we asked for food, the first suggestion was to go there, otherwise, they would serve in the room, which felt a bit unusual. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

Had a chill one-day stay at La Feliz Palacio in Yercaud. The place was cozy and had nice views. Service was decent. Overall, a good spot for a short getaway in the hills…

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but one of the rooms (501) had leaking sewage seeping in the room. We had to share one room for the first night but the amount was not refunded. We were given an alternative room the next day

It’s good experience. But hairy caterpillar in balcony and outside while walking ., breakfast is good but no veg meals(southern cuisine ) is available in afternoon that’s a minus point

Full of dust in my room Room service very poor i ordered coffie at 6 pm but I called at 7 pm not received then they incorrectly charged for coffee Bath tub full of dust particles not cleaned properly FREQUENT POWER CUT no response from the reception

It was an wonderful experience and we loved the service and care of them and the food also good definitely i will book this hotel again

The property is good and has good room space. Dining room is small .Morning tea upto 8 AM not providing.
