stay was good.. but tooth kid is not provided, if they provide this rest all good , I got 501 room it's very pieacfull.

here booking is not safe online amount deducted but the spot response very worst they told already booked your room in Akoda website if want refund your money you conduct MakeMyTrip call centers irresponsible behaviour

Room is not clean Bed is dirty Washroom is terrible Asking extra money

We faced Water problem and also door lock is not there. They are giving rooms for cheap people and disturbing other in midnight and also the room are not hygienic which is shown from photos

They allowed us to check in the room before the time thts was a nice hospitality but they didn't provide us drinking water & other toilet kit overall it was a good stay.

It's like a lodge not a hotel. No bottled water, no clean bedsheets, unhygienic washroom, unclean towels. Too much costly.

Stay was good and Staff were good and supportive. We were group of 4 family and friends..got 4 rooms was reasonably tide. Just besides Pondicherry bus station and nearby to Temple and Ashram Improvement Area: Keep towels for travelers. Bedsheets can be cleaner too. PS: No toiletries were there, traveller's pls note.

The room was good. Clean and neat. Suresh the duty manager was very helpful and cooperative. Giving good recommendations about places to visit and proactive. But there are a few things that can make it an excellent hotel. 1. They need to have an in-house restaurant. 2. Room cleaning needs to happen every day. 3. Need to get a better tv. The sound is bad on the chinese brands. 4. Location is a bit interior. 5. The price is a bit high for the rooms. Other than that it's a good place. Well kept and clean. But very basic. So price needs to be a bit on the lower side

One of the worst hotels and suggest not to stay here as the rooms are not worth 3. 6k per night. Not even worth 1. 5k. Many good hotels in the immediate vicinity for half the price

The staff were very nice and very responsive and the rooms were clean and neat and the best part is that the room is a little close to the main road, so which is easy to get anything if needed anyways the rooms are worth the price!

Bed sheets were not clean, blankets were not provided to everyone, water was also not given until we asked several times price is to much when compared to facilities given

This is a very good budget hotel (new hotel near to bus stand and center of pondy. Not family friendly families will find it hard to stay.
