Everything was superb, room, staff, arrangements, atmosphere. Must visit place, location is super.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to families or couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Property is in a poor situation. It is less being maintained. The other ring is in good, but the building facing the lake is not in a good condition.

everything was good from location to food, amenities and service. but one thing I didn't like is extra mattresses that were given. it was uncomfortable. needs to work on that. else everything was good.

The property is located away from the crowded mall road, very well maintained and provides good views and calm surroundings. Rooms are good sized, beds comfortable, linen soft and spotless. A heater was provided too along with tea cattle. Bathroom was spacious, well stocked and with a geyser . Food was fresh and tasted good. Drop and pickup to the lake was provided too along with,it’s much needed as the climb is very steep.

Room-executive(hill view)...i visited nainital last week with my husband and 1.5 yr old daughter...i must say dat la niwas by shivraj have best staff with them..hospitality level is of another level which u dun c easily nowadays..from reception to room service every single person was so so humble and helpful.u just name it nd dey will fulfil ur wish whatever it is.food was also very good.view from d room was awsome.overall d stay was so good and i highly recommend to everyone and specially who hv kids u r going to love d place and hospitality too.

Room was very nice and the stay was so peaceful. Staff was helpful and available all the time to offer the help. highly recommend.

Stay was pretty good. very good Atmosphere. People were also very nice there, just a little bit of a water problem in the bathroom. The rest of the things was very good .

Hi Location is nice with ventilated rooms , hotel offers shuttle service due to distance from Mall Road, food is not so good and we could order only limited dishes …

I recently stayed at this hotel from April 5-7, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. The staff, including the receptionist, were friendly and responsive. The food was good, although a bit pricey. The hotel's location on High Court Road offers a scenic view of the hills, and they provide transportation to the mall road. I would consider staying here again in the future.

I visited this place on weekend with my partner, having nice and memorable stay here . Room was clean and hygienic, enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the balcony. Staffs were so nice & humble and helpful also.

Nice location very good co-operative staff specially Karan, all House keeping staff and F&B staff.Rooms are neat and Clean.
