Extremely unprofessional management. Despite paying the full amount a month in advance, our confirmed booking was canceled just three weeks before travel. We were pushed into an alternative property managed by them, which was much farther from the Pondicherry Center and ruined our planned itinerary. To make it worse, they gave false reasons about weekend bookings, saying only full apartments could be booked, while I could still see single apartments available for the same dates. This shows a lack of honesty and accountability. Would not recommend this place at all.

The stay was good and the amenities were reasonably good except for one bedroom where there the wash basin was missing. The housekeeping staff were very good and cooperative so were the reception staff. The breakfast was reasonably good but the timing is bad as they serve b/f at 9 am which is quite late to start the day. overall a good experience 😊 worth the spend. Jagadish and family.

Had a wonderful experience at La Paradise Luxury! The rooms were well-maintained, service was excellent, and the caretakers were available 24/7. Facilities like parking, free breakfast, and food orders made the stay very comfortable. The place offers high security and peaceful vibes. The only drawback was the surrounding view, which looked a bit like a slum area — but overall, it’s a quiet and peaceful spot that ensures a relaxing stay.

The property location is outer . We are not satisfy by the staffs .the ac is not working well. We only want to ask for complimentary items like soaps, towels.

Property is excellent , but the surroundings and area is not good.

Great stay, Room is spacious and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and excellent beds. All over property is good condition. Breakfast is good.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach. The hotel's excellent amenities, friendly staff, and beautiful surroundings make it an ideal choice. Can't wait to come back!

i had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with a smile. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. i especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere. parking was available on-site, which was a big plus with about 4 cars parking. the wi-fi worked very well throughout my stay—fast and reliable, which made things a lot more convenient.

This is not good place to stay very bad service they made us to wait for 25 mins for checkin and there was no person available in reception to provide a room and there was no proper room service person to take the luggage overall not satisfied and very bad experience not recommended this place anymore waste for money

Stay was clean and neat, all the basic facilities were there, more over it is situated in a proper residential area. Car parking, quick access to town, 24/7 water heater and AC. Nice balcony to chill and food was also good. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Must try for budget travellers. 1.5 kms Mangrove forest boating point

Pros 1. Late night check-in 2. In room breakfast 3. Pet friendly Cons 1. Noisy fan - Which was attended by an electrician, but still the noise persisted 2. Broken wardrobe 3. Burnt hole in bedsheet 4. The management response was rude and not courteous.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Went with family. Very near to Beach and Boating facility

if you go with friends or family I would recommend this . there is no extra fees we booked two rooms for 7 members for two days at 8000 rooms are clean and neat hotwater also there in bathroom tiffins also provided for two days and if you want sea food they will prepare in week days per day 3500 and weekends per day 4500 and it was placed around 6 to 7km to railway station
