Terrible Stay

The manager at the reception was very rude. There was a power cut and no electricity for two hours. Still, there was no apology from their end. In fact, when we requested to check out 30 minutes late, we were screamed at. Food and housekeeping were both pathetic. It was certainly not value for money. Highly overpriced property.

Great place to stay with the sea right in front of you. Street gets busy in the evening. If you have a vehicle finding parking in the area is a challenge. Good location . Very few rooms sea facing. Small sized but comfortable. Staff were friendly and good. We stayed 2 nights 3 days and found it pleasant.

Excellent Stay

La Plage is located beautifully on the shore of Bay of Bengal. We were amazed by the location and spent maximum time strolling the quiet and lovely streets around the hotel. The staff was very polite and courteous. Their rooftop is a hidden gem, you can enjoy the sea breeze and winds peacefully here. Definitely a must visit for a chill staycation.
