La Pristine Service Apartments

Location: if you're looking for a quiet place in south goa, this is an absolute gem! the place is quite close to nh66 which connects to the north of goa and the roads were perfect to drive in even in monsoon. There are 2-3 good cafes nearby where you can get inexpensive meals. For breakfast there is udupi La Pristine Service Apartments which serves both veg & non veg. For lunch/dinner we visited the goan belly. There are shops nearby and even a well stocked liquor store within 200m. Wifi: although there was some issue from the isp, it was fixed in a few hours and we had no connectivity issues. This place is good if you're looking for something with wfh option. Jio & air-tel networks had full coverage as well. Amenities: the kitchen is great with a big fridge, microwave and induction cooktop. There was cutlery and we could also request pans when we needed. A water kettle was also provided. There's an iron with a ironing board, enough power outlets and the bathroom also has a geyser. Ac is put up in the bedroom. The living room is huge, and has sofa beds so this place can easily accommodate 3 people. We had room on the 3rd floor and although there's no lift, they do provide assistance for luggage. The stairs aren't steep at all, so should not be a problem for anyone. Chirag was very helpful in getting us a car on rent and also for procuring a cheaper taxi option for our ride to the airport. He is always available in person and online and is an amazing host. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in south goa for their impeccable service and as a cost effective option.

Our stay at this location was truly exceptional! the room was immaculately clean. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly received by the chirag naik, who ensured a smooth check-in process. His kind smiles and willingness to assist immediately made us feel valued as guests. He helped us to plan our day by providing detailed places and contact person’s. I strongly recommend this place for a happy stay in south goa.

-nice La Pristine Service Apartments. -awesome service. -superb facilities in room like fridge, microvave induction, dish cleaning stull, utensils, ac, iron, tv and all the required stuff. -very clean and cooperative staff. - (palolen bech, ****erfly beach, rajbag beach) all 3 are in walking distance and the view of south goa is best to experience from here.

Room are spacious, clean, and have many amenities like geyser, aqua guard, microwave, stove, tv, fridge, air conditioner, wifi, and a comfortable bed. They are all very well maintained. The host is very friendly and helpful. He helped with food and travel and gave us discounts with very reasonable prices. I would rate it a 6/5 if possible!

The property is in front of the lalit La Pristine Service Apartments and near the rajbag beach which is a less crowded beach. The flats are designed as an airbnb type with cutlery, kitchen and induction stove. Moreover the host is very cordial. All in all its a nice stay and will definitely recommend everyone for their future visits.

My stay was very pleasant, the property was very nice, all the members i had come across during my stay were so nice to talk i can't explain it, very nice people, especially the honour of the property mr. Chirag is very nice to talk to, if i get the chance to visit again i will surely stay there only.

We had booked a bhk house in la pristine. We were a total of 4 members. The house had 1 bedroom with king size bed, refrigerator, sofa, tv, induction, washroom. The entire house was cleanly maintained and the host was so friendly and assisted us in sightseeing also. Thank you for the wonderful stay

Right from the apartment, amenities and the location, everything is perfect. The owner chirag himself takes care of the property and he can assist you throughout the stay. Overall, this place has the best hospitality and comes in at this fare.
