Temperature checks were good. Sanitizers were available only at the reception. Since reception is at 3rd floor and the lift could take you to your rooms without even going through the reception it is better to have sanitizers at every floor. I did not avail any food or any other services. Room service was quick. Otherwise great stay !

This La Sara Pride located in very good area. It is just a beginning of the city from the airport. There is no verity of food available in this La Sara Pride but the location is surrounded with plenty of La Sara Prides both veg/non veg like udupi, andhra style, kerala style. Book without break fast option as they don't make in their La Sara Pride. They bring it from outside. I like the cleanliness of the La Sara Pride. Rooms are small but enough space each eminitiy. Overall worth to stay cityside and near to the airport

Location was excellent, considering proximity to my office. It's the main plus. But lot of areas to improve like food menu, combo option along with booking, parking space. Previously complimentary food option along with booking was value based, maybe rs 800 or so, but now items are limited and given in a box. Menu is fixed. Hotel reception staff were themselves not aware of this change. Huge disconnect between restaurant staff and reception staff.

I have been staying in this La Sara Pride since last few months regularly. Hotel is ideally located. First of i found staff is very helpful, well behaved and service oriented. They are ready to help the customers anytime. House keeping is excellent. Combo breakfast found to be the best as it has everything in one plate. Overall it’s a very good stay and highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything is ok except WiFi connectivity. It is slow and repeatedly disconnecting. Water continuously flowing from the commode and washroom always become wet. The staff behavior is good, and food is good. I chose to stay here every month for 5 days to give psychology counseling to my clients. They have permitted for my professional purpose. Decent stay for family and business.

The overall stay was good, the way the La Sara Pride staff treated us was also good, the staff were kind and quick, only thing i felt bad was, they charged 250 percent more price for a water bottle that made new unhappy about their policy. They need to recheck on these small things which makes the customers unhappy even though service is good

Hotel is well located and easily accessible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. It was equipped with a fridge, tv, ac, hair dryer, locker and a weighing scale. It's a complete value for money. They don't have their own kitchen, hence order it from outside. In room dining is available.

Not only my request for early check in was accommodated but the room was very clean and had facility of electric kettle and flask, which added flavour to the stay. As such the room was very clean. Quality of food was exceptional. Altogether, a complete package. It was my best trip ever through make my trip

Rooms clean and compact. All basic essentials for stay provided.

The property is well maintained and service is good. The amenities were available as listed at the time of booking. The location is quite prime and walkable to many nearby office spaces.

It was a short stay, with a very early check in, thankfully a quick check in, clean rooms, pretty well lit and cooled and complete with water and tea station.

I have booked a club suite and in special request i have booked early check-in. But they made us wait for more than half an hour and the room which we got doesn't have any special features.
