The location is ok but the room is not up to the price they charged. The TV is not working and the room feels small.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could need.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day, and the WiFi was consistently fast and reliable, which was very helpful. My only suggestion for improvement would be to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the sheets. With that one small change, it would be a five-star experience for sure

the rooms were clean and had all the toiletries. the check in was smooth. the even allowed me a late check out as I was unwell. Very good staff, especially surendra help me a lot. the food options are limited, but you can order from Swiggy

The hotel is in excellent location,staff behaviour is very cordial,rooms are spacious with neat and clean bathroom,in addition to that all the amenities in room like refrigerator,ac ,kettle,bathroom Kitts everything is there,Breakfast is also very good ,only shortcoming is no kitchen is there however manager told us it will start functioning from month if September,overall experience is excellent.

I had the worst experience at La Serene. We checked in on 15th august morning and they gave us an early check in for which I am really greatful but after a tiring day when I went to shower the water just stopped suddenly. I waited for like half an hour in the bathroom covered in soap waiting for them to fix the water issue. Me and my friends called them multiple times to solve the issue and after a long time a little water came just from the tap. The shower and flush were still not working. After coming out I called them again and finally one person came to check the issue. He told us that there was a problem and we need to change the rooms. It was after 11:30pm when we were told to change rooms. We had a long day but instead of resting we had to pack our things and change rooms in the middle of the night. The new room we got was smaller and had no locks in the inside. The shower was also acting up on the morning. I came there to enjoy my Holidays but la Serena managed to make it the worst experience ever. I will not be returning to that hotel ever again. For the price I paid the experience was not worth it

The rooms are unkempt, linen was dirty, room has no scope for ventilation and hence smell of mold

The stay was very pleasant and all the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Mr. Surendra was very kind to extend our stay and efficientin overall management. Kushan, Suman and Shanaaz was helpful.

My stay was very comfortable and definitely worth the price I paid. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the front desk reception team who made my experience even better. A recommended hotel for sure
