The cleanliness and hygiene standards were commendable, and the staff's attention to detail in arrangements was impressive. Special kudos for accommodating our early check-in request, making our experience even more convenient. We enjoyed a variety of recreational activities, from carrom and pool to ludo, chess, dart, and badminton, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The crystal-clear pool was a refreshing delight, and the delicious food added a flavorful touch to our stay. The friendly housekeeping staff contributed to the warm hospitality, and the bonfire added a cozy charm to our evenings. This vacation at la serene resort was truly well-spent, and i wholeheartedly recommend it for a memorable retreat.

My family and i had an awesome time at this La Serene Resort & Spa! the staff were incredibly fast whenever we asked for something, and they were so helpful in getting us connected with taxis. The chinese food was delicious; we couldn't get enough of it! breakfast was also really tasty, offering a good start to our day. The rooms were not only spacious but also super clean, which was a big plus for us. It was great for the family; we had all the space we needed. It's definitely a peaceful spot, perfect for a family getaway. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

One of the best resorts i have visited with all the facilities required whether it be ambience, the food and the weather. The entire resort is well maintained with any issues resolved with a blink of the eye but the most wonderful people who work there and provide excellent service to the guests staying here. I would recommend one thing to potential travellers that visit during off season and hire local taxi which can be arranged from the reception of the resort if you really want to experience the true essence of mahabaleshwar and panchgani. My experience was 5 star

The property location is great as you can easily access the nearby locations. The rooms are spacious and cosy, food was good. The staff is humble, decent and professional. They helped us in fulfilling our requirements such as booking a cab, guided us about the city and culture, food requirements etc. The only issue is with the network coverage. Mobile network will not work especially vodafone and airtel. Jio network is decent. Majorly we were depend-ant on La Serene Resort & Spa wifi which works well. Overall, the stay was good and had a great time with family.

it was a delightful stay, resort staff was polite and prompt, breakfast was tasty and they maintained the quality of food with cleanliness. usp of the resort is bonfire during evening which gives a refreshing and amazing feeling. location wise it is situated on main road between panchgani and mahabaleshwar, so you need not to go inside.near by other activities like go carting and other pure veg restaurants is available at walking distance. overall it was a nice and pleasant stay. highly recommended. looking forward to revisit again. 👍👍👍👍

The La Serene Resort & Spa has nice spacious rooms and clean washrooms. The overall ambience of the La Serene Resort & Spa was very nice. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room service was quick. Food was delicious specially the breakfast buffet. There was alot of variety in breakfast menu. We experienced hassle free check in and check out. Totally recommended for stay in mahabaleshwar. The location of the La Serene Resort & Spa is very good. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay. We would definitely book this place again.

This was an amazing experience. I booked here after i did a lot of research and seen so many positive reviews. Glad to see that they were genuine reviews after all. Whatever and however good a property might be, it's only good if the staff delivers an excellent service. They don't say no to anything, reasonable. Always striving for customers delight and always ready to serve with a smile. Food is excellent and hygiene is top notch. We now know where to keep coming whenever we are at mahabaleshwar.

It was nice stay in le serene, had a very comfortable stay and polite staff. Location was good and good open space in the resort n food was nice as well.
